The bouquet received contained roses,gerbera and lilies.I had specified spring flowers!The receipiant e-mailed a photograph.They were good flowers but not as requested! I was rather surprised at the overall price.I didn't really want chocolates as well but was told this was the reasonably priced bouquet.Having got this far in the telephone order it would have been difficult to stop at this point and I did particularly want to remember my friends birthday when she was not well.
I tried to purchase a hand tied bouquet with easter eggs for easter Saturday but got told no due to local florist being shut. Even though the product was advertised for Easter as an Easter gift I could only have it after Easter!!!! The actual truth is that the ONLY FLORIST IN THE AREA WAS CLOSED OVER THE EASTER PERIOD!!!! I live within 15miles of some very big towns & even offered to pay any difference over & above the quoted delivery price to make my order happen!! At no time did Interflora try & resolve my issue for this special occasion. DO NOT use Intrerflora on line delivery they do not do what they say they will & as I've found out through bad experience there are much better on line florists who will go the extra mile because customer service is important to them, & the quality of flowers the same. My advice is shop around & don't rely on Interflora like I have for many years & many deliveries, because when you need them to deliver on very special occasions they cant & wont!!! You have been warned.
I ordered this for my mum as it comes with flowers and chocolates. When the delivery arrived the chocolates were nowhere to be seen. I wasn't that worried as my mum loved the flowers. However wanted to get a refund of the chocolates as they had not arrived.
I rang the customer service team at Interflora and spoke to the rudest customer service rep ever, at one point he even laughed down the phone at me... For a company that is selling presents I couldn't believe it! The rep didn't take any details down for me and I was left waiting 2 weeks for a call back.
My recommendation would be to ring the local florists directly and save yourself the hassle of buying through Interflora!!!
I chose this bouquet because of the spring colours, predominantly yellow but the bouquet that was delivered did not reflect this - all the lilies were white, it looked nothing like the picture in this respect. Don't call it spring sunshine if the yellow is missing!
Bought flowers for Mother's day. My mother was delighted with the flowers particularly since none of her children live at home any more and I work away. Flowers have lasted a week - I was hoping they'd last a bit longer but I realise that they fade due to nature taking its course. They did the job I wanted them to do and put a joyful smile on my mothers face. Thank you!
my friend was ecstatic with her gift and the flowers are still going strong, apparently, perfuming her room one week later. They arrived as scheduled and the email notifications of the delivery were very helpful.
