The lady I sent them to was delighted with the flowers I ordered, she has never had a bouquet delivered to her in her life. The flowers were good value and fresh and shestill has some of them. I would recommend Interflora again and so will the lasy who received the flowers.
Flowers on arrival looked lovely. They were for mother in law, who is quite an expert in flowers. She informed me the roses were already opened out on arrival and by 4 days on flowers were dying off. I actually saw the flowers that were left by 6 days on and I have to say they were about finished. On this occasion we feel they were perhaps not worth the money.
unfortunately the total process was poor, it took 10 attempts to have the order accepted, after address inserted it returned to front page and process had to be started again. the flowers on delivery were all open and have only lasted a few days unlike every other occasion when flowers have lasted more than a week. my mother was quite upset at the quality and what she described as very poor value for money. this is the first time we have had this response to the quality or value of the flowers having used your service for several years it is a disappointment
Good quality gift and resonable value for money. Flowers were fresh and content good. One week on and they are still looking good. This is a good service to get an extra gift especially in if you are short of ideas. I have used Interflora before, but not for a few years.
Dear Nigel, I am indeed disappointed with the bouquet that I have ordered for my daughter's 21st birthday celebration. I browsed thru many websites before deciding on Interflora and I upsized my order to 18 stems but the bouquet delivered was totally different from the picture in the website. It was much smaller, the lilies were all buds only, didn't even bloom after 5 days and withered, there was hardly any yellow genista,eucalyptus and salai, and it was supposed to be wrapped and trimmed with "Happy Birthday " ribbon but it WAS ONLY with ordinary ribbon. I am totally disappointed because I have picked the bouquet because of its special ribbon with the birthday message.... The sparkling wine I ordered was also of inferior quality which my daughter and friends didn't like and couldn't even get themselves to finish half of it....it was discarded!
Totally disappointed......as I have decided on Interflora as I thought it should be reliable since it is established!
I have seen only photographs as I do not live in England but the flowers delivered to wish my aunt a happy 95th birthday looked fresh, tasteful and well arranged. Cousins who were present at the celebration sent thanks and photographs on my aunt's behalf. The flowers were delivered on time and to the correct address and, I am told, were a delightful surprise.
Nice presentation but many of the flowers failed to bloom. Flowers purchased from the local supermarket for a quarter of the price look much better after 2 days the the Interflora bunch, showing in full boom. Interflora 50% failed to open and lasted a shorttime.
I am working in Ghana and forgot a special birthday of a person in UK. Interflora saved me I went on the web ordered flowers and a gift, they were delivered two and half hours after I placed the order. The person concerned was surprised to receive the flowers and gift, and was very happy.

The flowers were lovely, unfortunately the baloon said "40 years together" instead of 40th birthday....which having being delivered to her place of work, meant she received several questions/comments thereafter
