Not as described. These were delivered today and looked a bit sorry compared to the full bouquet shown (much fewer flowers) in the photo, so the offer of 50% more flowers is misleading!!. I am disappointed and I will advise my lovely boyfriend to use a local florist instead of Inter- flora next time.
I had the same arrangement as these from my son on Mothers day, and loved them, I thought I would order the same for my mother-in-laws birthday. I was so dissapointed with them, I ordered them several days prior and as they say they are dispatched the day before delivery, the flowers must have been made up at least two days before being delivered, needless to say they were almost dry before my mother-in-law received them at twenty past seven at night on the day of her birthday, which was very disapointing, I clearly stated that it was for a birthday present so her day was over by the time these flowers were delivered, and by being deprived of water, unlike mine where they lasted two weeks, these lasted only three days, obviously she was sad that they did not last, because she knows how much they cost us, as we were not able to see her on her birthday, we thought these would make up for it, but sadly not. I will think twice before buying flowers again like this as I can't be sure of them reaching their destination in good condition. Also as my parents-in-law are elderly to have someone knock on their door so late at night was unsettling for them.
The occasion was my daughter's house move and the bouquet was a "welcome to your new home" gift. She was delighted, it arrived as ordered on the day after they moved in, fresh and fragrant, complete with vase. She sent a photograph of the delivered bouquet which was just as shown on the Interflora website. She particularly loved the vibrant colours of this Iris and Rose bouquet and the inclusion of freesias which scented her whole house the next morning.
These flowers had the wow factor when they were delivered and seem to be lasting very well. They were delivered on time even though I only ordered them the day before. The picture on the website gave a very accurate impression of the actual flowers - sometimes one is disappointed when the actual flowers arrive, but not in this case. Excellent quality and service. Expensive but worth it.
My sister was delighted with the Iris and Rose flowers which arrived on Saturday and were sent as a Thank you and advises that they were of a high standard. Would have been 5 stars but I have not managed to see them
The bouquet was ordered for my mother, and she was thrilled with the uniqueness of this selection. The colours are amazing and there are plenty of stems. I paid extra for a vase to be sent, as my mother is unwell I knew she would be having flowers from other people and a new vase would be useful. However, the vase was too small to accommodate the flowers, so we had to buy another. The vase also broke when I picked it up (a chunk of glass came away in my hand), as it was quite thin and poor quality. Fabulous flowers, but not worth paying extra for a vase.
My Favourite aunt was 90 at the weekend and I wanted to surprise her. I was totally impressed with the bouquet that I chose but better still so was she. The quality and value of the bouquet that I selected was exceptionally good. What really impressed me as the purchaser were the emails that I recieved every step along the way from order confirmation to delivery advice on the day and to final confirmation that delivery had been made. This was really reassuring. I will definetly use the online service again and as a result will be sending more flowers to some lucky people. Thank you Interflora.
The recipient replied to me "such a perfect combination, white,orange,yellow & green, even the wrapping paper colour coordinated, even the gerberas were wired to prevent the heads nodding over. Well done the florists" . As a result I have already used this service again.
The flowers were lovely. I wouldn't have said that the flowers were particularly large bouquet as stating in the description but they were very nice. Nice colours, arranged and displayed very nicely. They looked exactly like they did in the picture and came packaged in a box so they didn't get damaged during delivery. Would I order this bouquet again - no, but was I pleased with them for the money paid - yes.
I am writing this review because the flowers weren't what I thought I was getting. I just learned this from a thank-you note which described the flowers. I thought I was getting yellow roses with purple iris but what was in the bouquet were pink roses. It was for a 50th wedding anniversary and the reason I picked the bouguet with yellow roses was it seemed appropriate and they looked lovely tohether. I understand the bouquet was gorgeous but I am a little disappointed I didn't get what I thought I was ordering
The recipient was extremely over joyed with the flowers, the quality & freshness was brill and the arrangement very well done. This is the second time I have bought this gift and on both occasions the recipients very happy. I would highly recommend this gift!
The bouquet was lovely and the recipient delighted. Just a very poor delivery!!!!!! No knock at the door - no ring at the bell (it doesn't always ring) 2 people inside the house - 1 with a newly pinned hip, the other with Parkinsons. They saw the delivery man as he went back to his van and then found the flowers and had to wait for someone to bring them in because of the step. It would help if you could say it takes a while to get to the door when ordering, or let you know if the recipient is deaf or the bell dodgy. How about amending your website? Give us a space for comments - it makes such a difference
Arrived on time as as specified As always, too much 'filler' material Box was over the top - lighter packaging would have been better Within 3 days roses were drooping and irises were dead in 5 days having arrived as buds I expected better of an expensive bunch.
I ordered a bouquet, plus vase, plus chocolates for my Mum who is in a care home. At 92, there is not a lot you can buy! They arrived as promised, and were beautiful. Very pleased with them. Shall order more for Mother's Day, God willing.
