The delivery service was brilliant, however, I was very disappointed with the bouquet I purchased for a colleagues birthday. The overall bouquet was very small and looked nothing like the picture advertised (I do accept the picture will not look exactly the same but this was terrible) The bouquet was more green rather than white and blue as described. I am very put off with ordering from Interflora again if this is the example I'm going to receive.
The flowers in the vase and additional balloon we purchased were extremely well received by the recipient. However, I am disappointed because three of the four roses in the bouquet were not fresh and died the day after delivery. I would have expected fresher blooms and better quality from the Interflora brand. I'm afraid I will think twice very carefully before using Interflora again.
I sent flowers as a gift. It was just to say thank you to a customer. Unfortunately there was no acknowledgement from them that they received them which we thought rather odd but no everyone would think to email or call to say thank you....so it would have been good to get acknowledgement from yourselves to say delivered and customer happy so have no idea what they were like or anything. It would be nice to have some feedback from interflora to say delivered and customer received them at 1o'clock....for instance

The product was fine however, blue it was not - apart from a blue ribbon. Flowers were mainly white but wonderfully fresh and I guess are still doing well. Kerry was thrilled with the flowers but I was disappointed - baby boy needed the BLUE flowers. I would ALWAYS recommend Interflora and I guess if she had not sent a me a photo, I would never have known they not blue! I have the photo if it helps.
Friend who recieved this bouquest was delighted with it and sent a photo which certainly showed a lovely array of flowers. It seemed good value and all the blooms were very fresh, all in all delighted with it.
Paid the extra to get the Plus bouquet ( 13 stems instead of 10). The recipient emailed me a photo of the received bouquet which was well short on everything, nothing like picture on the site. It seems that the supplying florist was maybe aware of this and short of flowers because a box of chocolates was delivered as well which is usually available as an optional extra but I hadn't ordered any - obviously sent to compensate. However this wasn't explained to the recipient who was left wondering why I had sent her chocolates as well knowing she doesn't eat chocolates! Altogether a bit of a shambles - I had problems with Interflora some years back and certainly won't use them again.
The quality of this gift was outstanding and the service was amazing. I placed the order in Sydney and they were delivered to an address in the UK the very next morning! Outstanding and the recipient was overjoyed. The flowers are still going strong one week later!
I never saw the flowers myself but my lady did and she was so blown away. If she's happy then so am I! They have lasted well and are still on her desk after a week and a half and her colleagues have said they must have cost lots and must be good quality... All i know is that they brought a smile to her face and thats what mattered. Definately good value! :-)
A friend was taken in to hospital very suddenly and while at work I decided to go online and order what I thought was a beautiful bouquet of flowers to send to her. I looked through your selection and picked what I thought would be appropriate. I selected extra stems , along with a card and personal message. I have never been so disappointed . My daughter visited such person when she got home and took a picture which looked nothing like and also had minimum number of stems. I will never again order online or use interflora and have informed friends and family same.
