My Aunt was very pleased with her gift and enjoyed the chocolates. Have down graded one star as it would have been nice if I could have sent a bottle of wine/champagne as well but the online order form would not allow it for some reason. The service was good and the flowers were fresh so I will be using this service again. I especially liked the text message to say the flowers had been delivered
Ordering was easy and painless. Roses were well open. I was disappointed with the bunch of roses which wasn't worth the money I paid. I could get the equivalent bunch from a particular quality high street shop for half that price. Having said that, my mum liked them.
Although I haven't seen the roses myself, the recipient said they were a beautiful colour and other people visiting had also remarked as to how striking they were. It was very important to be able to send just yellow roses.
I ordered before the advertised deadline of 3pm to secure same day delivery of some yellow roses (great service if delivered). One hour later I got a call to say that this wasn't possible (hopeless) but they could do next day (what was the point?). I couldn't accept this and asked Interflora to widen the net and pay more themselves to provide the advertised service (I was told they'd try, so good for them). 30 minutes later, I was called to be told they'd fixed it but didn't have my roses(!). I agreed to a delivery of flowers that were not my first choice and after two inconvenient calls, but at least they tried. I'd give them another go, but it's pretty poor to advertise a service that cannot be delivered.
I ordered and paid for 18 long stem yellow roses but was less than happy to find only 12 buds in the bouquet I emailed Interflora through their contact page informing them of the discrepancy but after 3 days still no answer or any refund offered. Although the flowers were delivered on time, Considering the premium price paid, including delivery of £71, I am disappointed with the lack of response
I was asked by my very poorly Father in Law to get flowers for his wife for their anniversary. It cost £60 for 24 yellow roses in a tied bouquet. Unfortunately Bill died on the Friday and their anniversary was the following Tuesday. The flowers arrived and for three days were beautiful however they very quickly turned brown and died. The whole thing made worse by the death of her husband, the flowers did not even last until his funeral. Very good website and service however poor product.
I ordered yellow roses for my wife and when they arrived to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The flowers looked tired and were already turning brown and did not look as fresh as I expected them to be. For the high price, I really expected the product to be of a much higher quality and freshness. I will think twice about ordering these flowers again.
