Our daughter in law was delighted with the arrangement. The freshness considering the very hot weather was amazing we were told. The value for money especially considering the free delivery offer was exceptional.
These flowers were very disappointing for the amount of money I paid. There were very few flowers and they did not last very long. I expected a much nicer and larger arrangement for the price. I did see these flowers myself so I am not just going by what the recipient said.
My young sister was delighted by this surprise bouquet on her birthday. We were both really glad to find fair trade flowers used so we know our pleasure won't be someone else's pain. I feel we have helped the flower growers at root level by choosing Fair Trade. I hope Interflora will make more fairly traded products available in the future.
Fairtrade Pure White Hand-tied - Exceptionally poor quality
from South East
Ordered for a friends birthday. They were delivered on time, and I saw them today for the first time. The product quality was appalling. Half the size arrangement as displayed online, shoddy, wilted, tiny flowers. I wish the Interflora site made it clear which were produced by the local florist and which arrangements were created with the sweepings from a garden centre floor / garage forecourt.
So, to summarise: Poor quality, very low value for money (I apologised to my friend for the shoddy nature of her birthday present). I am sure the flowers were fresh at some point, but it wasn't within the last 5 days for certain - browning spray roses after 48 hours? Longevity is likely to be non existent. I would appreciate a call back from Interflora and a refund so I can organise a proper flower arrangement by way of an apology.
The box the flowers were delivered in was damaged and looked like it had been thrown out the back of the van. Also the printed gift card had some garbled characters where the word fiancée was supposed to be. I assume the automated printing could not handle accents. Very poor. However, the flowers were of a good quality but I will not be using Interflora again.
The flowers looked beautiful but had been left at the front door in full view of the street and passers by. A neighbour moved them to the back garden out of sight. it would have been nice if the deliverer had thought of this and just written on the card where they were placed.
Quality blooms even the white roses have lasted more than 5 days value for money was good as it has lasted over a week good selection of white roses, baby's breath and lilies all of which actually opened.
