Cannot comment on quality, value, freshness because I did not see the bouquet when it arrived, it was a gift to someone living away from me. My review would be that it would be nice if you send notification when the bouquet arrived/delivered. If you speak to the person receiving the gift first thing in the morning, they cant acknowledge receipt as yet, and as a surprise you don't want to tell them it is on it way. This was a land mark birthday so I am sure her day was taken up with other things and I would not be so rude as to ring to ask if she had received it. The confirmation from you to confirm delivery would ease stress.
I ordered flowers over the bank holiday and was really delighted that they arrived on the day after bank holiday Monday. My daughter said they were beautiful and they lasted for ages. Thanks very much for such a good service.
I sent a bunch of flowers to a colleague to say thankyou. She was out when the dlelivery arrived. The flowers were left next to her recycling bin, where she did not see them, There was no note left - it was only when I emailed to check they had arrived that she found them - by then they had been in the cold and rain for 4 days!
Flowers were lovely but sadly the water had leaked out of the travel pot and we had delivered a very soggy falling to pieces box which was a little dissapointing and sort of spoiled the surprise a little but maybe to be expected. Think the carriers need to be more careful in keeping things upright and not allow them to be thrown around the van.
As the flowers were delivered to Cumbria I have not actually seen it but was sent a picture of it and the recipient was very happy with it. From the photograph I received I did feel that there were more roses and less Alstromeria in it than it had shown in the picture when I ordered it but I understand that it was very beautiful and fresh on arrival.
I needed to send flowers to a client who had recently experienced a sudden bereavement. I telephoned Inter Flora to seek guidance on the right bouquet and received good service from the order taker and the payment process was also simple and easy to use.
I ordered the most most beautiful bouquet of flowers to be delivered on 14 Dec 2015 . However the bouquet was delivered on 14 Jan 2016. I doubled checked the order and all was in place . I have no idea why they arrived a month late.
The flowers were delivered to the wrong address, very late in the day. We had to charge around the neighbourhood looking for them. A card had been left to indicate that they had been delivered, but that was posted to the wrong address too.
Also, in this internet age, guaranteeing delivery only "between 7am and 7pm" is not good enough. We ended up staying all day to wait for this delivery, and it ruined our planned evening.
The next day delivery service by Yodel was poor. The flowers were left in the porch despite the recepient being at home, so why the delivery person did not ring the bell heaven knows. They arrived very late at around 7pm apparently. Yodel have a very poor track record and reputation so why Interflora continues to use them, delivery will be a big problem.
An excellent product with the recipients delighted. We were all so pleased that Fair Trade flowers are available. I was just slightly worried as the bouquet didn't arrive until late afternoon and was beginning to think something had gone wrong. Perhaps an indication of approximate arrival time could be useful.
Unfortunately none of the roses opened so my sister was very disapponted with the flowers sent to her for her special birthday. She is now going out to buy supermarket roses to replace those in the bouquet. Such a shame for the amount spent on them.
