This was a wedding anniversary gift for my parents, ordered as I was away for the actual event. The flowers, when received, delighted them both, and then two days later my mother contacted me to say that the roses had already wilted and died, despite her checking the oasis to see it had sufficient moisture. She contacted Rawsons florist, who had delivered the arrangement, who had a very helpful attitude, she promised a replacement basket of flowers the next day, which duly arrived. Again, the roses haven't done as well as the other flowers, so maybe it would be an idea not to have roses, but substitute them with a flower which can cope with oasis.

Mum loved the flower bouquet, especially the included basket-vase which matches her home decor. Timely arrival of a beautiful gift.
