Delivery was as promised. The roses in the bouquet started to die after 4 days. Therefore, quality of the gift was not as hoped, thus compromising the value for money factor. All in all, not very impressed. Am normally very happy with Interflora and would recommend them to anyone. Hopefully, it won`t happen gain
The flowers arrived beautifully packaged and with a good mix of open and bud flowers. They were excellent value for money and looked lovely. A really nice mix of blooms and wonderfully scented. A couple of roses died within a few days but even removed it did not spoil the look of the bouquet. Would buy again and use this service again - orders easy to track and arrived on the day as promised.
My parents loved the flowers, one was a freesia arrangement and the other was a basket and both were lovely, the order went smoothly and the quality of flower arrangements were obviously made with care, so I thank the dedicated florists for the arrangements and for Interflora's great network of people who love what they do.
