A quality gift, worth paying for despite the relatively high cost because the flowers were very fresh and presented beautifully. It was the recipient's 95th birthday and she was delighted to receive the bouquet.
I ordered these flowers for my wife's birthday and the delivery service was very good. However the bouquet of flowers received looked extremely sparse; in short, nothing at all like the photograph as advertised on the website, which showed a sumptuous bouquet of flowers. I could've bought a far superior bouquet of flowers from the local supermarket for a fraction of the price. Moreover, the flowers received wilted and died within a week, which was another major disappointment and again something I could've avoided had I went to the local supermarket and instead bought flowers from there. In summary the local delivery service was very good but, alas, the flowers my wife got for her birthday were a major disappointment and I regret to advise I will not, under any circumstances, be using this supplier again.
The receipient was was delighted with the bouquet and especially with the very pleasant way it was delivered. As far as we can tell, having not seen it, value for money was good, likewise longevity. Lovely for an eightieth birthday.
Very disappointed. A request was made that this be delivered before 3 pm - and this was indicated on the advice sent to the florist. Checked on the tracking and it said it was delivered around 4.30pm. This was incorrect as the flowers were not delivered until 5.45 pm.
I only saw a picture example online. I went for an upgrade of the example shown. However' the response from the recipent was the bouquet was absolutely stunning with beautiful roses . It was a special birthday and our friend was delighted when they arrived . I have every confidence when ordering from inter flora :))
Paid top price for quality flowers and smooth delivery on key birthday. Recipient out when florist called, left flowers elsewhere/ Got an emailt to that effect. But Interflora would not answer phone when I called to ask where they had been left so that I could ensure collection. Recipient got her flowers on their return home, but I suffered several hours anxiety as to where they were. Disappointing service for high price, although floweres were appreciated.
I have ordered a set of balloons for my brother's birthday to be delivered next day. On the day of the delivery I receive a call from Interflora saying they don't have any balloons. As I didn't want to send flowers, we ended up negotiating a bottle of champagne and one balloon. In the end the present arrived and it was champagne and chocolates! Fine.
A few days later I order a large bouquet of flowers for my grandma's birthday. I get a call on the day of delivery AGAIN, stating that the flowers I picked are not available so either they won't deliver or they will have to be swapped for different ones. In the end the flowers arrived and there were less of them than originally promised.
I was very disappointed in the flowers I ordered. I paid for the largest bunch but when I saw them they looked like the smallest bunch. It was a lot of money for the size I received. I will not be using interflora again.
Flowers were good value for money and were delivered in good condition but the agent who took notes for the booking forgot to highlight that I requested/stressed a 'morning' delivery. Fortunately I called to double-check and the florist's van making the delivery was able to speed things up and make the deadline.
