The flowers that were delivered were even more impressive than displayed on the website. The hand written note was written very neatly (which I think makes a big difference) and the overall appearance of the flowers was lovely. With this being said, I do think that the flowers were rather pricer; although, I know literally nothing about flowers so have no real point of reference. The delivery was on time and the person who delivered the flowers was polite and kind. The flowers are holding up well (a week after delivery) and still smell beautiful.
Very disappointed with this it only contained 5 roses, two sprigs of lilies which weren't open and four twigs of willow. I bought a 21st balloon too which when delivered was blue. Who buys flowers for a man? Obviously I do not feel this was value for money and feel short changed. Worst of all my daughter was quite upset as normally we are so careful with the quality of our gifts. I would not recommend this service to anyone and believe a refund is required.
Great flowers... when they arrived. Was promised delivery for the Saturday but they only arrived on the Monday. This was a disappointment as they were planned as a surprise and I needed to notify the party. However, the flowers were fresh and beautiful when they arrived.
Bouquet purchased for Mom & Dads 50th Wedding Anniversary. Beautiful flowers and Mom & Dad delighted with them. The only negative comment is the picture shows the ribbon as being a gold colour which I thought would be perfect for the occasion but the actual bouquet had blue ribbon?!!!
As the delivery person lifted the box of beautiful flowers into my hands the bouquet fell apart. Too much foliage had been left on the stems preventing the bunch from being tied properly. I was unable to leave the flowers in the bulb of water provided and it upset me very much. It was an expensive bouquet.
The flowers were ready at the time requested ( very important for this particular occassion) They were fresh and very lovely. It is very good to know I can rely on this service when so far away from many friends and family in UK
Hi - I tried out the same day click and collect service with this order as it was an emergency request. I placed it at about 10.30am and selected a florist near to where I could pick it up. At 12, I had a call from the florist checking in with the order to make sure all was OK. I picked up this magnificent bunch of flowers at 6pm that afternoon- they really were magnificent as I went for the XL version. They looked exactly like the picture, completely presentable as is with the lilies waiting to bloom so you knew there'd be some more days of enjoyment. The florist even arranged them in a vase for us. They certainly created an impression when they were given to the bride-to-be they were ordered for.
I bought one of the more expensive, large bouquets as a gift for my Mum's birthday. Apparently, the flowers withered within 3 days - not great. My Mum called to complain. To give Interflora credit, they collected the remains of the withered bunch and delivered a replacement. 3 stars reflecting the poor experience in the first instance, offset by good customer service response to the issue.
Bought as an anniversary gift. Absolutely beautiful and the wife loved them. Bought the extra large bouquet but unfortunately the roses didn't even last a full week, disappointing considering the price.
I placed two orders - one of the recipients, unknown to me, was away on holiday. The delivery was taken back to the florist, Interflora called me to let me know that they had left a card and 5 days later a new order of fresh flowers was delivered.....excellent service. Interflora maybe a little more expensive than their competitors but worth paying the extra as they always go the extra mile and deliver beautiful fresh and lasting products.
Pretty expensive, but delivery day, date & time was perfect. Birthday present for my sister. Because she usually goes away for her birthday, the florist rang her before delivery to make sure she, or someone else would be home. My sisters comment was "WOW".
