I have recently returned from South Africa, the flowers were a surprise for my wifes birthday while I was away. I have several points that I would like to raise about this transaction. 1.I had an email to say that the gift had not been delivered - what actaully happened was that it was left at the back door of the house - this could have easily been stolen-blown over and damaged- Not very professional 2.the flower bouquet is very poor quality and looks nothing like the picture on your website - For the mony that I paid I could have got 3 luxury flower bouquets from the local supermarket -which would have been better quality- I really feel that I have been ripped off. I would like to know the local florist that fulfilled this order because I am irrated to the point of annoyed at the standard and quality - absolutely not good value for money -DISAPPOINTED to the extreme 3. The flowers had to be thrown away because of the poor quality , the flowers died in a very short period of time ,they were also covered in insects/ green fly - absolutely crawling over them- completeliy infested. What kind of service are you offering!!!!! This was meant to be a wonderful gift for my wife , on her birthday , while I was away in another country. It is very upsetting for her to receive such a poor quality product and service from your company. From my perspective I should be demanding a refund - this experience did not tick any boxes.for us Under the sale of goods act - a product has to be fit for purpose and in any other circumstance I would have returned this product to where I purchased it and demanded my money back!!! I certainly require a return eamil fromInterflora responding to the points that I have made Whole experience rubbish -will not be recommending interflora to anyone
Not really that happy, When the roses finally turned up, very late, compared to what my niece had bought from a supermarket, I was not overally impressed. I was not impressed last time I used Interflora, and think this is the definitely the last order I place .
I sent this bouquet to the most important lady on the planet to me and she was very pleased to receive the flowers delivered in perfect condition and on time . So thank you Interflora my ladies happiness is of utmost importance to me and I will be using Interflora regularly both service and choice is second to none .
The order process was very good and the delivery arrived with the message as requested. The disappointing thing was the quality of the flowers. Several of the roses looked like they were already passed their best on delivery and they arrived on Tuesday PM and by Friday there was over 50% of flowers dead/wilted. The flowers were kept as instructed from delivery so I feel it was just poor quality flowers. If they had been fresh and lasted longer (7 days) then would have felt the cost was VFM. Unfortunately this was not the case.
Ordered a Roses bouquet on behalf of my father for my mums 60th Birthday. The box arrived all dented. The flowers were nothing like the picture, they were in dirty brown water. the flowers were very poor for the amount of money spent. Complained and got a full refund. Would not buy from here again!
I am very disappointed about the service and the quality of flowers. I spend quiet a lot of money.
They supposed to be delivered to hand, not left on a porch. Moreover, the qualiy of flowers was very low(they dried after 3 days), and there were NOT 25 flowers at all (I counted all of them). I am very angry and I expect a refund.
I ordered the flowers for a lovely girl called Rachel who helped me find a forever home for a gorgeous staffy pup. I ordered roses which arrived on time, in great condition and were great value for money. Would I use Interflora again - without question!
Have used this for 2.5 years with great results. Clean and smart print results. No problems. This size toner works out to about half price per page compared with the smaller size. I have gotten about the advertised 8,000 pages per cartridge, printing mostly in duplex.
Note: When the printer decides you are out of toner, shaking the cartridge does not change things. If you can't afford to go without access to your printer, keep a replacement on hand! It's so nice to be able to just pop the new cartridge in and keep printing.
I have only seen the Photograph that Maggie posted all over the internet. I sent the Bucket to keep her in good spirits and I asked her to keep it a secret! Fat Chance! At first Maggie didn't know the Bucket was from me. She asked her local Interflora who had sent them! Well they rang me and asked if they could tell Maggie my identity. I agreed to this but again I asked Maggie to keep it to herself! The next thing I know is that Maggie has posted her thanks to me all over Face book. Now Maggie Boyle is an international singing star, if you have seen The Patriot Game with Harrison Ford it was Maggie Voice that sang the introductory theme song. Maggie Boyle is a really really nice person, who can keep a secret never the less, as long as she stays positive and gets well remains the only thanks that I wanted. Hopefully your Bucket has helped to do just that. It's certainly got the rest of Maggie's friends excited and pleased for her. Yes no holes in your Bucket!
PS. The Bucket spelling is deliberate it's from the TV sitcom. PPS. Maggie's son has a video on You Tube which is a variation on the Children's Song "There's a Hole in my Bucket Dear Lizzer".
Nothing wrong with the quality of flowers, maybe my hopes where raised with image presented, but if I could upload an image, they are nothing like the photo top left, full and blooming and certainly no where near the quantity of flowers in the photo. My wife laughed they looked a bit pathetic in a vase.
