This is the second time I have used Interflora and have been disappointed with the bouquet. The flowers my Mum received looked nothing like the image, the local florist who is the Interflora agent tells me that Interflora has strict rules about how many stems etc but I've spent good money to receive two very lack lustre bunches and while my Mum was ecstatic to receive flowers I was not at all happy with what was delivered.
A beautiful bunch of flowers were delivered almost immediately, and the discount code which I had not been able to enter using my iphone, when mentioned to interflora, the discount was immediately refunded.
My sister, a retired banker so not prone to hyperbole was so absolutely delighted with the flowers, which she was quick to inform me - were utterly perfect. Delivered on the day and time I'd requested.
I ordered flowers for my daughter who was on her way home from hospital, earlier than expected. Despite the 5 hours time difference between the USA & UK, the flowers arrived the early evening the same day and best of all she loved them. They still look beautiful a week later.
Flowers were good and delivered at requested time. I received a phone call from you late that afternoon asking if you could give my name to the recipient! I paid extra for a "With Love" card and am sure I l entered "with love from Colin". What was the point of a blank card - Valentine's Day was long gone! What really annoyed me was that the husband and sole carer of the seriously ill woman had to go to the trouble of ringing you to find out who the flowers were from.
Sent to a friend in Coventry and she was absolutely blown away by the quality and beauty of the bouquet. She tried to find the name of the florist so she could personally ring them and thank them. Her family took photos of the flowers as they looked amazing
Apparently the flowers were lovely, but i was disappointed that they could not be delivered on the Sunday, as promised on the site ( I ordered within the timeframe). Someone did, however, call to tell me so and offer me the chance to cancel?
I was very pleased that flowers ordered at short notice on the day of my daugher-in-law's birthday arrived very promptly that afternoon at the intended destination. The recipient was delighted. Thank you.
Great bunch of flowers, lasted well, quick delivery
Very high quality flowers that lasted a long time, well wrapped. The crispness of the roses especially was very good, they did start to wilt within a few hours but that's only because the initial delivery quality was stunning.
As ever, the quality was superb, the service was outstanding and the delivery couldn't have been quicker if I had gone and picked them myself. I went for upgrades which were well worth it. I have one uber happy wife. We all know guys that a happy wife, is a happy life!
I upgraded to the largest size as a thank you gift for a friend. It was perfect and very well received! Would recommend. Pricey but worth it, and the service from Interflora was spot on, as always you get what you pay for.
Honestly was disappointed: balloon bunch - one balloon arrived with a split and deflated immediately, another deflated in 24 hours ... the other 4 are still OK after a week. Flower bouquet - extra large seems to mean same amount of flowers, just stuff extra greenery in to bulk out, some blooms looked a little worse for wear ... not worth the price paid. Will probably go elsewhere next time.
We wanted to send a lovely, pastel bouquet with lilies. They arrived without lilies, without the lisianthus, and with random, very cheap looking hot pink flowers. It was also significantly smaller than pictured. VERY disappointing. I would not order from this company again.
