Beautiful flowers and good delivery, however I was very disappointed to pay over £40 for the flowers to only last 5 days. I have bought a £5 bunch from the supermarket that have lasted double that time! Such a shame as they were a 60th birthday present for my mum. I have spent a lot with interflora over the past year and expected a lot more for my money. Based on this experience I will think before ordering with you again... Gutted!
The bouquet itself was fresh and the recipient liked them, because they were a surprise after all! I was a bit disappointed as the bouquet I initially ordered was not available and I was told one similar would be made. However, when I called they said that it was only the freesias they didn't have available. The bouquet was totally different from what I ordered, in terms of colours. I did not like some of the colours that they added to the bouquet at all! Plus the vase that was sent was the wrong colour. It was lucky the recipient liked it, so we didn't report it. On another note, the person who delivered the bouquet was lovely and made the whole surprise a real delight and excitement. So, thank you to the delivery man!
Good value and amazingly quick delivery. I put the order in at 12.45pm and the bouquet was delivered within an hour, which was incredible. The only downside was that there was a note on the flowers saying 'had to substitute cream gerbera for orange', which the recipient didn't really have to know about. Other than that, I'm very pleased indeed, as I also received a photo of the flowers and they looked delightful. Thanks Interflora for another successful delivery of lovely flowers.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my step Mums birthday on behalf of my Dad. This was meant to be a pleasant surprise to receive the flowers on her birthday whilst having a day off work at home. Unfortunately, the delivery van didn't arrive until very late in the afternoon, which I guess, as a specific time hadn't been "paid" for what could have been expected! however, what was not expected was for the delivery guy to turn up empty handed. My step Mum was told they didn't have the flowers - and for no particular reason - that had been ordered for her and that they could come back tomorrow with them. This was totally unacceptable, not only would she be back to work and no one home to receive the flowers but her birthday would have passed and her birthday surprise ruined already. The chap went away and returned a couple of hours later with said flowers...however the day had already been ruined by the delays and lack of flowers being delivered in the first instance. The element of surprise, blown. I haven't used Interflora before however as it's a recognised name thought it would be a reliable source to send flowers on my Step Mums birthday...how we were all disappointed by this. Not a great start at all and I will look at other providers for any future orders.
Not what I expected as my chosen bunch was apparently not available. No discussion of the replacement and what came was in my view inferior. Asters or michaelmas daisies (?) predominated. There was only one phone call, which could have been an attempt to check what I wanted. It announced itself as a call about a delivery (company unspecified) before getting cut off. No attempt at call back.
I ordered the 'large' bouquet - but this was very small. In summary, expensive, not great value. On the plus side was delivered on time and the flowers were high quality (but there should had been more of them).
I bought a bouquet of large Soft Pastels Scented Hand-tied flowers for my partner. The ivory roses and yellow germini (replacement for peach germini?) are amazing! The bouquet was ready as promised within the time frame. However, a few negative comments, hence the three star rating. (1) There was no lilac freesias, perhaps the florists ran out of it? Only two stalks of lilac lisianthus were provided. There was no yellow alstroemeria. This makes the whole bouquet looks very white/pale/boring as suppose to the nice balanced purple/cream/white/yellow bouquet shown on Interflora website. (3) The size of the bouquet seems rather small/standard to me. It doesn't seem to me that the florist made up the volume from the missing lilac freesias and yellow alstroemeria. I will definitely think twice before buying a large bouquet again from Interflora.
I upgraded to the largest size as a thank you gift for a friend. It was perfect and very well received! Would recommend. Pricey but worth it, and the service from Interflora was spot on, as always you get what you pay for.
Honestly was disappointed: balloon bunch - one balloon arrived with a split and deflated immediately, another deflated in 24 hours ... the other 4 are still OK after a week. Flower bouquet - extra large seems to mean same amount of flowers, just stuff extra greenery in to bulk out, some blooms looked a little worse for wear ... not worth the price paid. Will probably go elsewhere next time.
We wanted to send a lovely, pastel bouquet with lilies. They arrived without lilies, without the lisianthus, and with random, very cheap looking hot pink flowers. It was also significantly smaller than pictured. VERY disappointing. I would not order from this company again.
