I ordered a lovely spread of pastel fragrant flowers for my wife online. I was stunned to get a phone call from her less than 2 hours later saying they had arrived at our home for her. Now that is fast service. Its been over a week now a they still look and smell stunning. I would recommend these to anyone, yes they are more expensive than supermarket or garage forecourt flowers but I know my wife would not have been so happy with them. I believe you pay for the service you get and they are great!
Disappointed with this bouquet, granted I received a message saying my order could not be completed but another bouquet would be sent as close to the one I had chosen but when I visited my poorly friend it had colours in which I didn't like and I don't think it was value for money! I have used Interflora before but this delivery has disappointed me. I also didn't get a text to say they had been delivered which I requested.
Apparently the flowers were lovely, but i was disappointed that they could not be delivered on the Sunday, as promised on the site ( I ordered within the timeframe). Someone did, however, call to tell me so and offer me the chance to cancel?
I was very pleased that flowers ordered at short notice on the day of my daugher-in-law's birthday arrived very promptly that afternoon at the intended destination. The recipient was delighted. Thank you.
The flowers were fresh and the bouquet was well constructed. It was a little expensive but the flowers did last for a few weeks and were beautiful. I was compelled to return to the shop to tell the seller that they were much appreciated.
I ordered the hand tied fragrant pastel bouquet for my mother's 90th birthday and ' upgraded ' in order to receive additional stems. The flowers that she received bore no resemblance to the picture on your web sight and the family were most disappointed in the overall bouquet. Sadly my mother is in a care home and didn't fully appreciate our concern.
I was disappointed with these flowers, the flowers were nice enough, but did not think they were value for money I spent. I don't think I would buy them again. They were for a special occasion and I felt let down.
As ever, the quality was superb, the service was outstanding and the delivery couldn't have been quicker if I had gone and picked them myself. I went for upgrades which were well worth it. I have one uber happy wife. We all know guys that a happy wife, is a happy life!
I upgraded to the largest size as a thank you gift for a friend. It was perfect and very well received! Would recommend. Pricey but worth it, and the service from Interflora was spot on, as always you get what you pay for.
Honestly was disappointed: balloon bunch - one balloon arrived with a split and deflated immediately, another deflated in 24 hours ... the other 4 are still OK after a week. Flower bouquet - extra large seems to mean same amount of flowers, just stuff extra greenery in to bulk out, some blooms looked a little worse for wear ... not worth the price paid. Will probably go elsewhere next time.
We wanted to send a lovely, pastel bouquet with lilies. They arrived without lilies, without the lisianthus, and with random, very cheap looking hot pink flowers. It was also significantly smaller than pictured. VERY disappointing. I would not order from this company again.
