Ordered a bouquet for my wife for our 10 year anniversary on the 2nd Sept to arrive on the 3rd. I was informed that the local florist did not have any orchids which was part of the bouquet and asked if they could use substitute flowers. I agreed to tea roses being used as fillers.
The bouquet arrived on time but within 24 hours the tea roses had died whilst the lillies had yet to open. Disappointed especially as I paid over £50. I won't use inter flora again.
From start to finish was quick and easy and very professional. Well done It was rather expensive - The end result made it worth every penny. Lovely Fresh Looking and well presented - It looked stunning & I don't mind paying for quality. The only thing I asked for that didn't happen - I did request a TEXT message when delivered and that never happened
Having used your service on a number of occasions and found it pretty good I was disappointed with this arrangement. It was not particularly well arranged and the flowers left something to be desired. I think I will go back to dealing with my local florist direct
Interflora kindly telephoned us to let us know that one of the flower types was unfortunately unavailable, however they replaced with a stunning alternative. These flowers were for Mum and Dads golden wedding. They were delivered direct to country house where all guests enjoyed praising them. They were truly gorgeous!!! Thank you x
An Anniversary Bouquet - Several of the prominent flowers were old and tired, giving a lacklustre appeareance. To compound matters I had been upsold to the large option whilst online, I ended up with a bigger bunch of wilting flowers, leaving me very disapointed.
I would like to thank Interflora for a very quick and easy to use system to send my wife flowers on our 32nd Anniversary, they were exactly what I wanted and arrived on time and were beautiful - my wife's words. I work abroad so getting flowers on our Anniversary is a bit of hardship with communications, and the Interflora service was so easy to use and convenient, so thank you, the service was excellent, I would recommend it to all my friends.
Thank you for the beautiful flowers delivered to my Mum on her birthday. Being on the opposite side of the world makes it difficult to share her special day - and I know the flowers brought a smile to her face!
Very nice gift - but flowers did not last long. Rec'd the bouquet last Monday 12th May - by following Saturday many of the flowers started to wilt (plenty of water available - not in direct sun). Based on the cost of the flowers I would not recommend to anyone else.
VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY ORDER, CHOSE FROM THE WEBSITE AND WAS TOLD THE ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE. THEN THE ORDER WAS CHANGED AND THE SIZE AND QUALITY OF IT WAS BAD. I DID NOT GET VALUE FOR MONEY AND CERTAINLY DID NOT RECEIVE THE LARGER PRESENTATION.

Paid alot extra for same day ordering in the morning at work to suprise the wife. They arrived after I got home! About 6.30! And the lillys have lastest less time than ones I bought a Lidls. Overall they where as described and arrived same day just only just.
After being let down by another florist I desperately needed to arrange a delivery of flowers for someones birthday. I found a beautiful selection of same day delivery flowers available from Interflora and even better, 3 hour delivery was offered. The flowers arrived on time and the huge bouquet was absolutely stunning and highly appreciated by the recipient who remained completely unaware of the upset the other florist had caused me! Hi, mostly order from Australia for relatives/friends in the Uk. The website is easy to use and gives good feedback on delivery day, when it's delivered, etc. The only slight disappointment this time was that the flowers I ordered were not available but I did get an email informing me of this. A beautiful bouquet was still delivered on time but it wasn't quite as ordered. All other orders have been as requested, gorgeous and fresh. Very pleased with quality, service. Thank you Interflora.
