Was ordered for my daughter-in-laws birthday and she loved it. Flowers very fresh and have lasted two weeks. Not as perfect looking as the advertising picture, that's why I have given it only 4 stars. Well presented in a hessian bag. A nice quirky looking gift. Good value for the price paid and would definitely purchase again.
I ordered these at 11pm at night on a Thursday evening and they arrived with note at my girlfriends place of work at 9am the following morning. Flowers were perfect and the card well presented. Safe to say it went down a treat with the mrs.
I was a little disappointed with this product. It was difficult for me to tell whether is was value for money, as I didn't get a chance to see it in person, my daughter sent me a photo. It was raining on the day of delivery and both the bag and the attached card were 'soggy' when they arrived. By my daughters tone of voice I could tell she was a little underwhelmed. Not sure how this could be rectified in the future.
Ordered flowers for a colleagues last day in work Friday 09/10/15 to be delivered to work. The flowers were not delivered on the day requested. I got a call from the delivery driver on Monday 12/10/15 to say he was delivering the flowers now. When i questioned why they were not delivered on the Friday he told me he tried to deliver them but the office was closed, which i pointed out that its not an office but a manufacturing site with 24hr operation & security, he mumbled something about a problem & offered chocolates as compensation. I tried to get my colleagues home address so they could be delivered to her home address but I was told he wouldnt have time as she lives 15miles from the original delivery, so the flowers & tiny box of chocolates were delivered to work & i had to deliver them to her home address personally! A shambles all round!!!
Was extremely disappointed with this arrangement. It looked like it had been thrown together and nothing at all like the picture it was chosen from. It had been left in the shed (which was absolutely fine) but the recipient later admitted that when they saw them at first, they thought they had been in there a couple of days when in fact they had been in there for less than an hour. They were in the bin within 5 days.
The recipient of the flowers was apsalutely thrilled. I of course was not able to see them which is a shame. Pity a photo could not be downloaded and sent to customer. I requested a text be sent to me when the flowers were delivered, this never came through. In my opinion this is a downfall as the customer hopes the flowers are lovely and hopes they get delivered but we have no idea that they are or have, do we? I have only given 4 stars because the requested text was not sent. I only found out that they had been delivered because the recipient rang me.
The first phone call from Interflora was to tell me that the florist didnt have one of the types of flowers that are supposed to be in the arrangement, they did say they would replace with more in the same colour scheme but i had no idea what was being delivered really. I would have put up with this but they also told me the extra chocolates would not look the same, the packaging was different. This was annoying but not the end of the world. Then i received a second phone call to let me know that the delivery would not be an AM delivery (that i had paid more for) but would get there 2 hours after that. I also had to request a refund for the extra delivery amount, they should have offered this! Instead i was made to feel like i was being unreasonable, if you cant deliver this service then dont offer it. Then i got a third phone call to say that the second delivery estimate of arrival at 13:45 would not be met because there was no driver available, it would be more like three but they werent sure when. My mother did get her flowers in the end but not on her birthday, she went out before they were delivered. So overall not impressed with the customer service at all, if i had known it was so difficult for you to deliver what you are offering on time, i would have had them delivered the day before on a weekday. Or better yet, chosen another supplier!
Sent this bouquet to my Mum on the anniversary of my Dad's death. While the flowers themselves were beautiful, the bag and bouquet were very small. The picture on the website is very deceiving and makes it look so much bigger. Definitely not good value for the money I paid. Would not recommend and will not be using Interflora again!
I sent a spring bag to my daughter following surgery and it was a sight for her sore eyes! The colour and type of flowers were amazing, they were bright and looked as though they were picked minutes earlier.
