For the money that was paid for this bouquet, we were really disappointed, there was more "fripperies" than flowers. The quality of the flowers were poor, it looked as though these had been laying around since before the easter break, and subsequently lasted less than a week.

The flowers were as a thank you for the hospital staff who cared for my father. The on line ordering was simple to use except when I wanted to put in the name of the hospital dept. this caused a problem as I could only enter a first and surname. Otherwise I was able to track my order and know exactly when it had been delivered. Souls use this service again.

It wasn't Mother's Day in the UK so the gift was unexpected. Mother called to say thanks and raved about the flowers and described them in detail. My sister took a photo and emailed it to me.

This should have been real nice surprise for my fiancee. Easy to order online. Pics look real nice. Unfortunately what arrived looked as if it was a good few days old. I'm no expert on flowers, but these certainly were not fresh.
I was disappointed by the end product, as the rest of the experience of using Interflora had been a positive one until then.

I sent this bouquet with champagne and chocs to a friend and her husband last week to celebrate their 25th Wedding Anniversary. The picture of this bouquet is a lot more floral than what was delivered for my mother's birthday, which was basically a lot of green leaves with 4 or 5 small pink flowers. I would not reccommend.
