The flowers were delivered the same day as ordered to the hotel we were due to stay at that night. Fantastic service!. The flowers themselves were lovely and greatly appreciated. They however only lasted a week which was a little disappointing
Our wedding anniversary was on a (non-delivery) bank holiday and I was having broadband problems so couldn't book anything online. I therefore ordered by telephone on the previous day for same-day delivery and the member of staff could not have been more helpful. The bouquet was just what I wanted and delivered as promised just after 2pm. Fantastic, impeccable service and I couldn't be more pleased!

Flowers not fresh- didn't last had to dispose of on the 4th day - Lily's fully opened and didn't last ... Full of greenery not value for money at all.. Saddened to think my friends paid for such poor quality flowers wouldn't recommend this flowerest ... This is the third disappointed delivery I have received from them.
I was amazed by the service i received, not sure it was going to work, but it did. Place order, pay, click 'in the next hour' and text received to say delivered!! I then received a text from my friend to say what beautiful flowers they were. I would highly recommend.
The flowers delivered were fabulous, fresh, long lasting and beautifully presented, delivered in a good timely manner. The value for money didn't feel great. By the time the delivery price was added to the bouquet price I was starting to think about cancelling, when I was then charged £1 for the use of a credit card I felt I had been taken for a fool. HOW ELSE AM I GOING TO PAY ON-LINE. To charge extra when I have no option is out of order.
An easy to order on line experience, for next day service, handled without fault. Flowers were excellent. There are cheaper suppliers out there, but with Interflora, you know what you are getting. A job well done.
I have been using interflora for years now, as I am in the Armed Forces. It is so easy to order and pay for flowers any where in the world. The calendar function means I never miss an anniversary or birthday.
I ordered the large hand tied radiance bouquet with chocolates. When they arrived there were, within the bunch the large 'ball headed' type roses, they were brown and curled at the edges and clearly about to die. There were other flowers within that weren't even that good! I called to complain and arrangements were made for a replacement bunch to be sent that afternoon. Quite frankly the second bouquet was worse than the first and half the size. Clearly the florist had used the smaller cheaper roses, there was nowhere near as much green or Gypsophelia and was never worth the money I had paid. I suspect she had put in the dross that she had left at the end of the working day. I called interflora again and spoke to their complaints dept who said they would call me back. They never did. Next time I will either be using an alternative provider.
I sent my Mum some flowers at the last minute, the order was from New Zealand to England for next day delivery,, I thought that this would ne be possible... but they arrived as scheduled and a week later the flowers are still holding up and looking fantastic... I know because my good old Mum sent me a picture,,,,, thanks Interflora...
I would completely recommend these guys! Delivery was fantastic. Chocolate Truffles were much loved by their recipient. Sadly both flowers sent didnt have desired reaction, first set were for my now ex-girlfriend (she left me same day for someone else) and second set as a thank you to a very good friend (she got wrong idea and told me to never speak to her again) so yeah, great flowers though, and will be using again, just hope my luck gets better! :)
I ordered a hand tied pink radiance bouquet in extra large for a gift as it looked lovely in the picture online. What I received was not like the picture in the fact that NONE of the lillies were open (some are open in the picture) and there was added green foliage that also wasn't in the picture (there was some green foliage in pic but not this kind). I expected the bouquet to be full of flowers as it wasn't cheap but in my opinion there was more foliage than flowers. I understand the lillies will open in time but when you hand over a gift you want it to look lovely. Not lots of closed lillies with green foliage! It did not look like picture on collection. I will not be ordering again.
The flowers came exactly on requested time and were beautiful. I ordered the large bouquet with vase, chocolate and balloon; and my friend was very pleasantly surprised by the gift. She also loved the chocolates. The total sum was a little pricey in total (after adding everything and shipping cost); and I would buy a smaller size in future orders; but the service and quality were both great.
Beautiful flowers including Lilies & roses, my mothers favourites,, delivered on time with the minimum of fuss only down point was the seeming endless procession of , for the customer, pointless questions,,i.e. relationship,,,,does that matter to me ???,,,or was I filling out an info sheet for an ad agency and paying for the privilege ???!!! Ok moan Over over all,,very happy, but not as happy as my mother who loved them Thank You
Used Interflora for years all across the UK . Ordered the large version of bouquet and it was nothing like the size in the picture . Pictures are for illustration only I understand but when you click the different sizes they increase , yet the actual product wasn't the larger size I'd paid for !!! Flowers themselves where really nice and fresh but completely miss represented the size and when you consider you also have to pay for same day delivery , I feel robbed .
In my line of work your only as good as the service you provide each time your lucky enough to get someone's business . I will NOT use this service again .
I was sent these flowers from my family who live in New Zealand. It was a lovely surprise and I was so pleased. They were excellent, absolutely beautiful and very well presented. I couldn't recommend the florist more highly. I went to the shop to ask how to care for them and received very good advice.
