Item was delivered extremely quickly and the text alert to state so was really good as I knew then that my present had arrived and i would be expecting an excited phone call soon.
The recipient was more than pleased with the plant, flowers and the option to add chocolates was a super little extra.

I ordered this as a thank you to my sister-In-Law. She was very supportive on the run up to my operation. It arrived during the time period stated and my sister-In-law sent me a picture, it looked simply beautiful. The roses in the arrangement were just starting to open so she got the enjoyment of seeing the bloom. Well worth the money to show someone special that what they do means more than words can say.

My choice was substituted, so I am really not sure exactly what was sent. I sent the tea (cup) rose to an acquaintance who had received devastating health news. I could hardly ask at this sensitive time, did you get my gift, what was it like, etc.
In due course I did receive a thank you card. That is all I know.
This is the first time a substitution has happened and is not something I really like.

Even though the original flowers were not available the replacement flower arrangement was great. Delivery was made as scheduled even thought the florist had a problem finding the house. The new build has an address almost the same as one in a nearby village. Well done!

The quality of the gift was lovely as were the extras. The teacup was a nice size and I see lots of other uses for it in terms of gardening later on.

Rubbish value for money, wrong product, horrendous quality.

To say that I am exceedingly disappointed is putting it more than mildly, I am very angry, with what I consider an absolute waste of hard earned money!!
I ordered a mini rose bush in a cup planter, I was initially pleased with the delivery service BUT the delivered item looked nowhere near as good as the advertised picture. The rose was ordered as I wanted something that would last and grow, in less than 10 days it is shrivelled and DEAD!!!! A total waste of more than £36.
I shall not consider the services of Interflora again until this is remedied. I shall not waste any further money with this company.
