The roses I ordered were supposed to be red I got a email saying you had no red roses left and they would replace them with pink fair enough but the pink ones are a lot cheaper than the red ones and never got offered a discount on them The quality of the roses were good I would not reccomended this to anybe just because of the disappointment I had over the substituted ones as I had ordered them in plenty of time Very dissatisfied with the service
The flowers were beautiful, arrived at a perfect time mid-morning, were delivered by a friendly person, and delighted my wife on our wedding anniversary. Considering they arrived just before Christmas, they are still fresh after seven days.
It was a lovely bouquet on delivery, however the pink roses wilted after two days and had to be removed. The white roses have lasted a week to date and are good but the longevity of the pink roses was disappointing as I normally buy bunches of them from a supermarket for a much cheaper price and they last two weeks.
First of all they arrived very late in the day (which I guess you have to accept when you choose the delivery option of between 9-6).
The flowers themselves seemed in ok condition but within a week they have all wilted and nearly died.
There was no flower food which you usally expect to help make the flowers last a little longer.
The card with the message in for my mum was written with the most sloppy handwriting, the person almost misspelt the word 'mum' and rather then re-writing this on a new card, they just over wrote to correct this.
The flowers themself, look reasonable but the arrangement was not anything special and but not worth the money.
I also tried to use a code that they had on their on website to get a small discount, which when I went through to check out was invalid and quote 'expired code'.
Really disappointed and won't be using the service again.
The dozen pink rose arrangement arrived on the birthday as requested and were excellent (on 20th) and, even now, (29th) remain beautiful and some only just beginning to drop petals.Given their quality and longevity they are worth the money for a special birthday/anniversary.
My mum received the roses 9 days ago and they're as fresh as the day they arrived! Compared to other sites I also got more roses in the bunch for the price, and they arrived on time and in perfect condition. Very pleased :)
