These flowers looks stunning - the roses were just at the right time cut, not too open and not too closed. The arrangement was beautiful, however the bouquet had a terrible, terrible smell - we have never experienced this with flowers before. With sweaty socks and rotting things, yes, but not with fresh flowers. Unfortunately, we couldn't keep the flowers in the room for long, which is a shame, considering their beauty.
I ordered a dozen red roses delivered at a very specific time. The Bouquet arrived at the appropriate time and was beautiful, I hope they last a long time as the recipient loves them. I thought them expensive to our standards in Canada but I believe I received value for my purchase.
I don't usually leave reviews but I must say I have used Inteflora on 2 occasions and they have never disappointed me. Im in a long distant relationship and sometimes I want to surprise my girlfriend with gifts and flowers, even though I leave it to last minute and everything becomes nerve racking..Interflora always come through! The quality of the flowers look amazing in real life. Would definitely recommend!
I bought 12 roses, they were gorgeous when they arrived, however they wilted and died extremely quickly and after 4 days only one rose was left alive - this is the first time I was let down by Interflora - for an extremely important occasion (5 year anniversary).
Having ordered this over 3 weeks before the due date I was taken aback to be phoned on the Saturday morning to say that they did not have the required number of red roses on my original order. While the interflora shop did their best by supplying as many red roses as they had and supplementing the remainder with pink roses, I feel that I was let down by your service especially for a special Ruby anniversary present for my wife.I have no criticism with the shop that delivered the flowers however I am deeply disappointed by the lack of foresight in having the required number of red roses available especially with the adequate time given,
I found the roses ordered were presented beautifully- the service was excellent, and were the perfect accessory to a proposal. Unfortunately they did not last long at all, collected on the Saturday, the petals began to fall on the the Tuesday, and by Friday the roses had all lost their colour and half the heads had died. another 2 days (so the following Sunday) the bouquet had to be binned as they had mostly fallen. They were fed with the food provided and watered. Very disappointing as other roses and flowers bought the same day from friends and family lasted up to and over 2 weeks, but will have cost a fraction of the price.
Two dozen red roses for a special birthday. Evening online order, delivered promptly next morning. Fantastic quality, bigger than expected, beautifully presented. Best online florist I've experienced - will definitely use Interflora again.
You cant beat the smile on a woman's face when she is surprised with a beautiful bouquet of flowers! Was the extra large extra stem extra everything including adding champagne. Fresh flowers nicely packed and delivered on a very short notice..put the order 6am and was delivered by 11am. Will most certainly be ordering again! Just will remember to specifically state who it was from this time in the instructions as it originally went anonymous but luckily the recipient rang through to find out. I would recommend to have a specific tick box if a sender wishes to send anonymously. 5 Star service!!:)
This was an 80th birthday surprise for my sister-in-law who lives in Scotland. She was delighted and rang me as soon as they arrived and sent photos so I am glad that I used interflora for this gift as delivery was prompt and I have been informed that the flowers were beautiful.
The flowers looked amazing but what really impressed me was the fact that so many people at Interflora were prepared to help me when at the very last minute I needed to change the delivery address. They were understanding and even when I did not have the new address readily available they offered to phone me back in South Africa giving me time to get the new delivery address. I was so impressed. They went out of their way to try to get the flowers delivered to the new address. I was truly impressed. Thank you so very much for making it all happen.
Flowers for wife's birthday: I ordered a bunch of roses to be delivered to my Wife in her shop, the flowers looked great and were delivered on time. However one thing I was Disappointed with….. I purchased a vase on the website as an extra thinking they would be delivered in a nice glass vase instead of just a bunch of roses on their own. However when my wife came home she had the roses in one hand and a box in the other? The box contained the vase I had purchased to put the flowers in! A shame really, I can't see the point of offering this only to supply it separate? Maybe it's to bump up the price? It worked, so don't be fooled…
