I ordered these flowers for my wife as a surprise for our anniversary whilst I was working overseas.
I was surprised when I arrived home to see that there was no gypsophila, this may not seem like a big deal but they look great in the picture due to the contrast of the red roses against the white. If I had known at the time I would just have ordered the bouquet of roses which also had free delivery.
So basically nice enough but not what I paid over £45 for.
This is the second time I have ordered these flowers. The local florist provided Roses which were partially dead upon arrival and lasted a merely a couple of days. I was reassured this would not happen again and was provided with a new set of flowers (with the same results) a second time. I took a leap of faith some months later and ordered a large bunch of roses and yet again they are dying earlier than predicted. I am deeply disappointed considering I spent almost £50. I will not be ordering again and will be taking up a complaint.
As far as I am aware everything went through smoothly my only disappointment was I was asked would I like a text message when they had been delivered and i said yes considering they were delivered to wife's works @ 2.30 and I got text message @ 4.10 to take 2 hours to send a text was a let down I didn't expect a text straight away but within 15 / 20 minutes would have been more acceptable.
I think you should ask the people who received the gifts or flowers there not going to tell the sender they weren't up to standared are they, so you have there addresses send them a little feed back note. They might reply who knows, hopefully you will get an honest opinion. I have to say I have used your company a few times over the last coupe of years and have never had poor comments but who's going to upset a 71 year old pensioner not you or them ...I would also like to say A Big THANK YOU for the service you give to people who are not always able to see or be with the ones they love

It was meant to be a special bouquet to my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary. Initially we were both pleased with the display but unfortunately after just 4 days they started to look very much passed their best and after just a week they have had to be thrown away. Extremely disappointed definitely not value for money

Great service. On line order process was very easy and untuitive to follow. I really liked the process tracking updates ie receiving an email when flowers were dispatch and when delivered, esp given I am ordered from overseas. The flowers were also very good quality (so I heard). Thank you.
I ordered the 18 stem version and when it arrived the roses looked lovely but the gypsophila was very sparse causing the roses to be bunched together and the individual heads to be lost amongst each other.
