First off the quality of the product looked great, however that is where my positive feedback has to stop unfortunately. Whilst the roses looked amazing on day 1 and the start if day 2, by day 3 they were half dead. They had been placed in water and the flower feed supplied was used, however, by day 4 they had to be disposed off due to the smell the flowers were giving off. For flowers that cost almost £50 inc delivery to last under a week I am rather disappointed. Would i buy again? Probably not, think next time I will take the short walk to my local florist and actually speak to somebody in person rather than ordering online.

I ordered this bouquet and had it delivered for my wife`s birthday. She loved them and was really impressed.
But when I saw them myself, I was really dissapointed that it did not even slighlty like on the picture. The bouquet was missing any green or further arrangement - it was a wrapped package of pure red roses - nothing else.

I ordered in the past with interflora and was always happy - but now about this bouquet.

Wife was still happy and that why I recommend this.

With these being a surprise gift to my wife too cheer her up, I was disappointed that one of the roses was brown the day she received them, also within days some of the roses withered and died not very good for interflora who normally send lovely fresh flowers that last for days if not weeks?

A very suitable gift for my daughter on her birthday, who said the flowers were beautiful and fresh, she also enjoyed the wine and chocolates!!

Flowers this year matched picture on web unlike last year. I received a refund last year. However each year my wife's friend in Australia also sends a bunch. Last year there was no contest as mine were naff. This year on the face of it my roses were as good as her roses and lilies. But my roses only lasted one week and hers lasted two. After three weeks still have five good lilies.[...]

The roses died within 4 days[...]They started to lose their petals the second day and then got worse day after day... They were kept in the recommended level of water and changed daily.... Not worth the money and was a big disappointment to my wife on this special day!!!!

A great quality gift from a local supplier as an anniversary surprise for my wife. Most impressive was the telephone call I got that morning from Interflora to ask about replacing some of the flowers in the bouquet - the 'phone was answered by my wife, but the caller (Ricky) managed to avoid dropping any hint about what he was calling for until he spoke to me. Well done that man!
