As this is the first time I have used Interflora online I cannot fault the service, A1 in my book. It was quick, efficient and I was informed what was happening at each stage. The only downside is that I have had no feedback from the recipient, sad but that's life
The flowers arrived at my partners work with no issues, Item was well arranged and the quality of the flowers top class. They have been kept in a cool room but are still going strong a week on. Highly recommended
The 2 lots of flowers were delightful the unfortunate thing was they were for my twin daughters birthday, one living in London received hers at 0805 on her birthday and the other one living in Antrim did not receive hers until 1755 on her birthday during which time her twin sister had posted a photo of hers on facebook and as the day went on she thought she wasn't getting the surprise her sister got. tracking orders most of the day the Antrim one kept saying out for delivery since 1500 hrs Antrim is not a big town and the delivery must have gone via some other country before arriving in with my daughter. So much for their birthday surprise. not at all impressed with the service
Flowers looked good on arrival but were fading with petals blackening at the edges within five days, even though they were kept cool, away from radiators and appropriately fed and watered. Considering the prices charged by Interflora this was very poor, will not be using the service again.
Gorgeous red roses. Good price for flowers, however, hate the delivery charge for the same city. Still going strong, had to remove 1 x piece of foliage due to insect eggs on the underneath of fern plant. Would use this company again.
I think you should ask the people who received the gifts or flowers there not going to tell the sender they weren't up to standared are they, so you have there addresses send them a little feed back note. They might reply who knows, hopefully you will get an honest opinion. I have to say I have used your company a few times over the last coupe of years and have never had poor comments but who's going to upset a 71 year old pensioner not you or them ...I would also like to say A Big THANK YOU for the service you give to people who are not always able to see or be with the ones they love

It was meant to be a special bouquet to my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary. Initially we were both pleased with the display but unfortunately after just 4 days they started to look very much passed their best and after just a week they have had to be thrown away. Extremely disappointed definitely not value for money

Great service. On line order process was very easy and untuitive to follow. I really liked the process tracking updates ie receiving an email when flowers were dispatch and when delivered, esp given I am ordered from overseas. The flowers were also very good quality (so I heard). Thank you.
I ordered the 18 stem version and when it arrived the roses looked lovely but the gypsophila was very sparse causing the roses to be bunched together and the individual heads to be lost amongst each other.
