The flowers are lovely, although two of the roses soon gave up the ghost, however this not my main concern it was the delivery and the state of the container. The courier arrived clutching the bottom of the box, no way could my wife accept them; it took me all my time to hold the saturated cardboard together and on the kitchen floor I just lifted the top of the container up.
I ordered flowers online for a friend in the UK. The flowers were delivered on time to the specified address. However, the recipient said the flowers were wilting/dying after only a few hours. An email and some photographs later, Interflora promised to replace the bunch. My friend received a second bunch of flowers very shortly after communications with Interflora and was happy to report they were in good condition, were better quality and so were thriving. I'm very grateful to Interflora for their dedication to customer satisfaction and their excellent customer service.

Having used Interflora previously We decided to send flowers to our mothers who both have birthdays in March to cover both occasions. However I am told that the flowers that went to my wife's mother could have been a little fresher, this was remedied in a timely manner. It is good value for us especially now that the post office mail/handling charges have suddenly become very expensive. I.E. the last gifts we sent, our mothers in England, they had to pay import duties on before the post office would hand them over. We will continue to use Interflora services in the future.
Flowers arrived on the day but there was a bit of trouble about leaving them in the designated safe place, courier decided it wasn't safe enough and the situation was only rescued when a neighbour took them in. The flowers were very nice and seemed to be as described, they looked value for the price and seemed fresh.
I ordered these flowers with a vase as my mum has poor eye sight and I believed the flowers would come already displayed in the vase. I was very disappointed when mum said the vase was separate and she still had to arrange them. She has plenty of vases already so I wasn't impressed!
Very disappointed from start to finish, delivery driver was very abrupt flowers were as advertised in so much as they were as described, but not as presented on website. Flowers bought at the same time from other retailers are still alive and healthy whereas mine are dying after less than one week. Have used interflora before and always been very impressed but not this time.
