They arrived in the early afternoon, first impressions were the flowers were of great quality. I am hoping they will last, a few of the roses are already starting to show dying leaves, which is a shame, as I would have expected them to last longer. Not much smell from the roses. Overall I am happy.
Stayed in London as a birthday treat for my wife, and arranged to have flowers delivered to our room as a last minute surprise. Interflora had 3 hours notice and they were delivered as we entered our room. My wife was delighted!
Saw same day delivery flowers on the website and tried it - a beautiful bunch of summer blooms were delivered within 3 hours of the order being processed. This is very impressive indeed and there is a very good, wide selection of flowers to choose from with this option.
Bought as a thank you gift for friends. This was one of the most expensive bouquets listed but was worth every penny. I didn't see it myself but minutes after delivery they contacted me and described the bouquet as Magnificent. I couldn't have hoped for better and would certainly use Interflora again.
I always use Interflora and will again however this time the gift included vased flowers, choccies and balloon. On delivery the chocs were hidden under the flowers in a bag, luckily no damage thru squashing or spillage from vase but did spoil surprise. Hope Interflora reads this and speaks to florist in Shepton Mallet
The bouquet had fewer blooms than advertised, the delivery slot requested (after 12:00) was ignored with the flowers just left on the doorstep early morning, and the message in the card was poorly printed. The flowers did not last at all well. There were no redeeming features.
My wife commented that the flowers did not last as long as last year. Also she could not understand why "diamonds" had been inserted into the roses. She did not like them and spent time removing each diamond. Also fewer roses than previously so overall disappointed.
I was disappointed with the quality of the flowers. they did not seem fresh as despite flower food and fresh water they wilted and died within 5 days of receiving the flowers. i asked for a large bouquet and most of the bouquet was 'filler' and not well arranged. overall disappointed
I recently ordered flowers as a gift for my wife for our anniversary and had them delivered to her office. It is the first time I have used Interflora and I was really impressed by the service and the quality of product.
Easy ordering process (but watch out as they'll add extra charges for morning delivery and to use credit cards). Despite that flowers were beautiful and a lot larger than i thought it would be, its sometimes hard to gage it on the photos. I had thought it was a bit expensive, but the size makes it worth it. An extremely impressive bunch delivered to my girlfriends work that gave me full brownie points. Lasted over a week. This WILL make an impression, trust me!
We paid extra for 25 stems for a gift. We saw it 5 days later and found that there was only 22 stems and the chrysanthemums in our order were substituted with cheaper carnations. The daisies in the bunch wilted and died in a couple of days. Would suggest that people check the delivery against what they order.
saw the gift I had bought 4 days later. Disappointed. I had upgraded to an extra large hand tied and it wasn't value for money. Roses already on last legs and they had been sprayed with glitter and looked horrid.
