I was very disappointed with the Flowers that my parents received for their 45th Wedding Anniversary. There was a lot of greenery and only a few flowers, I expected more for what I paid. Will not be using this company again. Very poor value for money.
The initial quality of the gift was very good, they were delivered on time and on the correct date. these were a special 35 years wedding anniversary surprise for my wife as I was working away on the day. My wife rang to let me know how lovely the bouquet is. However, after only 4 days all the flowers had deteriorated severely and left the bouquet looking very sorry for itself. I was very disappointed as well, not only for the fact it was a special anniversary date for us but this selection was not cheap and we would have expected these to last a lot longer than 4 or 5 days.

Sadly the presented arrangement was not as pictured on the advert and in fact the roses looked older and tired. After complaining the florist did replace the roses but sadly it spoilt what should of been better presented in the first place.
I was the buyer not the recipients. I have seen a photo only of the flowers but the recipients were very pleased with them and said they were very fresh and would last a long time - some flowers were just in the process of opening up. As the buyer and first time user of inter flora.co.uk I was very pleased with the choice of selection and was kept informed by the company as to the time the bouquet was being made up until the exact time of delivery. I certainly could not fault the service in any way. I would be pleased to use the service again.

I ordered a large bouquet of lillies, roses and orchids for my parents 50th Wedding anniversary. Judging by the picture I thought the large bouquet would be impressive. Although the service and the colours of the bloomed roses and lillies were lovely, I was disappointed by the size of the bouquet that I had spent nearly £70 on. It seemed small and most of the flowers had not bloomed, which is not a problem but I think the size of the bouquet did not seem worth the amount of money I had spent on the bouquet. I think it would be beneficial to notify customers that some of the flowers would not be in bloom on arrival or show an alternative picture
I'd ordered 2 bunches of flowers, 1 for my wife and 1 for my daughter. The flowers themselves were of good quality. I have issues with the website: 1. After ordering the 1st bouquet online I tried to order the 2nd, but the site refused to allow me to change the recipient, so I had to make 2 separate orders otherwise both orders would have gone to one person 2. Despite a promo voucher being shown on the website when I came to use it, I was told that it was out of date 3. Why was I charged twice for delivery when the 2 bouquets were going to the same address This was a same day delivery and they were delivered on time. I would suggest that people order over the telephone. Thank you
Can only give 3 stars as they had no orchids, this was one of the main reasons I ordered this bouquet. They were able to provide more roses and lillys to compensate but I was only informed after the order had been placed. The recipient was however very impressed with the eventual bouquet.
VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY ORDER, CHOSE FROM THE WEBSITE AND WAS TOLD THE ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE. THEN THE ORDER WAS CHANGED AND THE SIZE AND QUALITY OF IT WAS BAD. I DID NOT GET VALUE FOR MONEY AND CERTAINLY DID NOT RECEIVE THE LARGER PRESENTATION.

Paid alot extra for same day ordering in the morning at work to suprise the wife. They arrived after I got home! About 6.30! And the lillys have lastest less time than ones I bought a Lidls. Overall they where as described and arrived same day just only just.
After being let down by another florist I desperately needed to arrange a delivery of flowers for someones birthday. I found a beautiful selection of same day delivery flowers available from Interflora and even better, 3 hour delivery was offered. The flowers arrived on time and the huge bouquet was absolutely stunning and highly appreciated by the recipient who remained completely unaware of the upset the other florist had caused me!
