I was disappointed with the bouquet. I chose one totalling approximately £64, which included white lillies, mid size white roses and small pink orchids and roses. On line the bouquet is prodominently white or cream. When the bouquet was delivered the lillies were also pink which turned it from very pale and classic to pink, overly feminine and sickly. I was so disappointed with the look of the bouquet. I have used interflora for a long time and won't be using them again.
The bouquet was OK, I received a lily bouquet but few were dead. It was for a very special occasion and i felt as if the bouquet let the occasion down. The balloon was not what i ordered. Not good. Service was ok but the message i wanted on the card was hand-written and i was expecting a computerized one.
I organised two bouquets for Mum 's 85th birthday. They were very disappointing. The roses in one bunch were dead by the next day. The roses in the other bunch were not even in the water but Mum managed to revive them. Both bouquets were much more foliage than flowers. I'm sorry to say that they were a total waste of money and I won't be using Interflora again.
I was very disappointed with the Flowers that my parents received for their 45th Wedding Anniversary. There was a lot of greenery and only a few flowers, I expected more for what I paid. Will not be using this company again. Very poor value for money.
I highly recommend Interflora. The website is easy to navigate and the selection of gifts is very large. I love the tracking system for delivery as well. I would recommend that you be more specific when saying "can't deliver to that address. Please choose another." I had tried to send a bottle of wine, and had no idea the regulations in your country, and that not all florists have the ability to deliver wine. It would have been very helpful to know that was the reason for the "error" message.
Again, I would highly recommend your company, and will definitely use it again when ordering gifts.
All I can say as I haven't seen the flowers is that my friend was overwhelmed with them. She said they were truly beautiful, made her feel special and brightened up her day. So I guess they did the job as undergoing treatment for cancer
I was the buyer not the recipients. I have seen a photo only of the flowers but the recipients were very pleased with them and said they were very fresh and would last a long time - some flowers were just in the process of opening up. As the buyer and first time user of inter flora.co.uk I was very pleased with the choice of selection and was kept informed by the company as to the time the bouquet was being made up until the exact time of delivery. I certainly could not fault the service in any way. I would be pleased to use the service again.

I ordered a large bouquet of lillies, roses and orchids for my parents 50th Wedding anniversary. Judging by the picture I thought the large bouquet would be impressive. Although the service and the colours of the bloomed roses and lillies were lovely, I was disappointed by the size of the bouquet that I had spent nearly £70 on. It seemed small and most of the flowers had not bloomed, which is not a problem but I think the size of the bouquet did not seem worth the amount of money I had spent on the bouquet. I think it would be beneficial to notify customers that some of the flowers would not be in bloom on arrival or show an alternative picture
I bought the largest size bouquet of flowers. for around 80 pounds. This size is at most 20 pounds in other shops. it was not big. I chose a congratulations balloon that looked a star shape in the photos. but what was sent was a green plain round balloon!!!
Can only give 3 stars as they had no orchids, this was one of the main reasons I ordered this bouquet. They were able to provide more roses and lillys to compensate but I was only informed after the order had been placed. The recipient was however very impressed with the eventual bouquet.
