despite paying extra for morning delivery (we were going out) they delivered well after two (we left at that time) the delivery card said that they delivered at 12.45! they didn't as we were still at home.
I have to say a very good example, the flowers are still going strong even after just over a week. I know this does not sound much but I have had some flowers that start to give out after only a few days. The flowers are well presented and look lovely so a big thumbs up to the florist and interflora.
The bouquet contained an excellent selection of flowers in Autumn colours. As it was a hand tied bouquet, it went on display immediately and even a week after delivery is still looking very attractive.
My wife was delighted with it as we always are when flowers are delivered from our local interflora florist.
I ordered with Interflora in good faith following previous good experiences.
Unfortunately, what arrived with my Mother on her birthday was not the delightful bouquet pictured as advertised, but a scrappy bunch of plants that look like they'd been rescued from a garage forecourt. They certainly did not appear to be worth the price that I paid for them. I think there were more "filler" leaves/foliage than actual flowers.
I'm well aware that what is received is never going to look like the advertising, but this wasn't even close. Experience has left a fairly bitter taste and I probably won't order from Interflora again after this.
The flowers and additions (wine & choccies) were great. The downside though was the greetings card was blank and my wife had no idea who the gift was from. This was unprofessional from the florist as this was a wedding anniversary greeting from afar, and they obviously weren't bothered about completing the message I gave online, hence the 3 stars.
Please try harder next time to ensure the pleasure of receiving flowers isn't spoilt by not knowing the sender,
A well constructed and appropriate bouquet for the occasion with fresh flowers and well matched colours. It was very well received. Delivery was to a comparatively remote area but was made on time and in a helpful manner. Good value for money
I ordered this bouquet at 23:30 for next day delivery (any time), it arrived by 10:30 the flowers were absolutely stunning with a wide variety of colour the card that accompanied the flowers was beautifully hand written, the florist that Interflora used on this occasion is an ambassador for them. If I could I would greatly recommend them for future orders.
Beautiful flowers, beautifully presented and delivered at exactly the time stated. However, I was surprised and very disappointed at the volume of flowers - at better than £60, the bouquet was not as expected and it dampened my hopes for such a special birthday gift.
Super quality of flowers, selection was superb. Get Well bouquet for a lady recovering from major surgery. Totally surprised to receive them, so overwhelmed at the size of bouquet and variety of flowers included. Cost was amazing and well worth it for the joy the flowers gave the recipient.
The bouquet was not good value. The items seemed fresh enough except for the roses. It did not loook as good as the photo on the website. The flowers did not last 7 days, threw out half on Thursday the rest on Friday - very disappointed. I wonder if, because it was a Saturday delivery, the flowers were not fresh.
I sent this "Golden Autumn bouquet" for friends Golden Wedding Anniversary, they were very pleased and sent photos which were beautiful. The flowers were delivered as requested on time and by photo certainly looked lovely.
I did not see the flowers that I sent to England of course but my friends told me they were very beautiful and brightened up the whole house on a dreary day. Large and colourful for Fall!
