I ordered these as a gift for someone who has just had an operation and really thought they would cheer her up
I have to say that I was most disappointed in the flowers as they were nothing like ordered as per the picture
The company is not the cheapest in the market but have used you on several occasions as I have been happy with the delivery time i.e on time etc. (although I didn't receive the requested message to say they had been delivered)
The flowers look beautiful in the picture and once received they looked nothing like, I may aswel have just bought from a supermarket.
I would be very hesitant to use you again in the future
The quality of this bunch of flower i sent my sick flowers was appauling, certainly looked nothing like the picture and was a third of the size. Half dead when they arrived and only lasted 2 days. gutted. I hope someone will review this and offer another bunch or a refund, very disapointed, i'll be using another supplier in furture ifI don't get a decent response. Jo
I ordered this bouquet as a get well gift. I popped in to visit my friend and saw the flowers which had been delivered the day before. I was shocked to see such a sparse arrangement . It bears no resemblance to that of the website photo which portrays a full and pretty bouquet. There were very few flowers in the vase with huge gaps. It was very poor quality and i am embarrassed that I sent this as a gift. I would not recommend this and will not be shopping with interflora again.
I order the Blue Perfect Gift and the picture I received from the delighted birthday girl show a predominantly yellow and cream arrangement with one spray of blue flowers. Although I understand that arrangements will differ slightly from advertised on line I had expected a closer match.
Having said this the card and arrangement arrived much to the surprise and excitement of the recipient who was very grateful for her "beautiful" gift.
I would given this experience prefer to chose and deliver in person so they receive what I believe I paid for but in the instance that is impossible this offered a reasonable alternative.
I ordered these flowers as the illustration looked very presentable and seemed suitable for a male recipient. I actually got to see the bouquet myself as they were a surprise gift for my brother after a spell in hospital. Like he was, I was most delighted and impressed not only with the actual bouquet but also with the delivery service. Am posting this review 1 week on from the delivery and the flowers are still as fresh as the day they were delivered. An added bonus with this bouquet being the inclusion of the vase, which serves as a keepsake and reminder. This proved the ideal gift for a "get well/thinking of you" occasion.
I chose these flowers for their brightness as my friend has been very poorly and I wanted to cheer her up. She was really pleased and could not get over the fact that they were in a nice vase. I would definately recommend interflora for their thoughtfulness, value for money and the flowers last.
The person I ordered these flowers with was thrilled and that is the most important thing. However I ordered for same day delivery, well before the 3pm cut off, but was contacted at 3.20pm to be told (by interflora) that the local florist was no longer delivering for that day. I agreed to go ahead with the order, for next day delivery, providing I could have a refund on the delivery charge. That was successful, which I'm pleased about. I ordered the plus size bouquet, but it only had 2 yellow roses in when I saw it myself. Lovely arrangement, but I expected it to have more flowers. On the whole, not the clearest order process, perhaps also the website should tell you the quantity of flowers in the bouquet, but good customer services and a happy recipient..
