I am informed by my Mum that these flowers were absolutely gorgeous and lasted for quite a while. She said that the colours of the flowers were very vibrant and pretty and she loved them. So this was a lovely way to top up my Mums birthday present.
The flowers are beautiful, but again, they seem to have been shoved in the vase by an enthusiastic child. Bear no relation to the picture you display, apart from all the items are there. I am glad these were for me and not a gift to someone I care about. It is the second time this has happened, so I am unlikely to buy from you for myself again. I would not recommend items coming from this florist.

The flowers are lovely, and the vase but... Again, there is no similarity between its appearance and the picture on the site. The flowers are all there, they are as described and in good condition but they have been made into a bunch and shoved in the vase as an enthusiastic 8 year old would shove them in. This happened before with a different arrangement. I am glad the flowers are for me and not for anyone else. I can arrange them properly; a shame the florist could not be bothered.

I won't change my opinion/complaint, just because you keep repeatedly sending me these forms. I will keep filling in the feedback forms, giving negative responses, until you stop sending them to me. Still no apology !
Having sent this bouquet before I thought it would be a great cheer up to a friend who was ill. When I visited I was disappointed with the vibrancy of the flowers and also the quality of some of the flowers especially the 2 roses. The picture shows a brilliant vision of blue and yellow hues. The value for money too disappointed me as I had upgraded to larger bouquet in a bid to really cheer my friend up.
It is unlikely that I would use you again. The bouquet I ordered was not available and the substitute supplied was similar but only contained 2 roses instead of approx 5 or 6. It was not delivered the next day but the day after. The flowers were already looking tired and the 2 small roses in the bunch had brown edges to the petals. Overall very disappointing.
I have not seen the bouquet myself, but my sister in law was thrilled with the flowers & also the fact that they came in a vase so she did not have to arrange them - this was perfect as she had just had an operation. I ordered the flowers on the same day & the order arrived in good time & the communication to myself about arrival was also spot on. Thank you!
Lovely flowers bvut not enough for the price paid and recipient was left a tad disappointed as were we. In future this needs more flowers added and arranged properly to compliment the vase included as this was not the case on this occasion.
The person I ordered these flowers with was thrilled and that is the most important thing. However I ordered for same day delivery, well before the 3pm cut off, but was contacted at 3.20pm to be told (by interflora) that the local florist was no longer delivering for that day. I agreed to go ahead with the order, for next day delivery, providing I could have a refund on the delivery charge. That was successful, which I'm pleased about. I ordered the plus size bouquet, but it only had 2 yellow roses in when I saw it myself. Lovely arrangement, but I expected it to have more flowers. On the whole, not the clearest order process, perhaps also the website should tell you the quantity of flowers in the bouquet, but good customer services and a happy recipient..
