The flowers were given to my mum who is at the end of her life in a hospice. It was her birthday. They arrived on the Thurs morning. I paid extra to ensure morning delivery. But by the time I visited that Saturday (only 2 days later) the tulips and Iris' were very faded and not at all fresh looking. I was very disappointed by this.
Lovely gift delivery was a bit steep, Flowers however were gorgeous and came in their own vase. It was a birthday gift and the recipient absolutely loved them. Would definitely purchase these again. The vase arrangement arrived on time and was very well received, flowers were lovely and fresh very happy.
I do think that the cost of delivery was very excessive as it was only 3 miles from shop to delivery, I think a nominal cost or free delivery would be acceptable in a city center as the cost of flowers are not that cheap
Flowers ordered for same-day delivery were delivered a day late.
Honestly, why do you think somebody orders flowers? why do you think somebody orders flowers for same day delivery?
In a world where you can buy Champagne for somebody across the World with a click on an app, or order an outfit online that can be delivered to you within a few hours, a flower delivery service that can not honour a same day delivery service, has very little chance of a future.
And FYI, a £2 refund (difference between same-day and next-day delivery) is a joke.
The boquet was beautiful and my mum loved it, the only complaint was there were no daffodils? They are my mums favourite flower which is why we went for this boquet. I did contact Interflora right away but never heard back.
What was received bore no resemblance to the picture whatsoever. There were far fewer blooms, in fact it was mainly greenery, although I had paid for the 'extra' bunch. The flowers were totally different colours and types. The mixture of colours was vile and the 'arrangement' totally artless. Having spent over £50, when I complained I was fobbed off with a £10 voucher. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service from Interflora deliveries sent on the Wirral but it certainly will be the last as I will not be using them ever again.
I have already complained once and am not happy with the response I had. I ordered 2 mother's day bouquets and they were thrown in the bin less than a week after mother's day because they wilted so badly. My mother and mother-in-law were quite upset about the poor quality of the bouquets and I find it quite rude that interflora think a £10 e-voucher will suffice as a form of compensation. Dave advised me in his reply that there would be no further assistance offered... the recipients of the bouquets and I find this very poor customer service considering I'd spent over £70 on the order and they weren't able to enjoy them because they wilted so soon after delivery. I'd like to know what else can be done about this please.
Considering I paid to have the extra large flowers the actual size of the bouquet was disappointing and the actual flowers themselves look rather sorry for the themselves. My daughter bought me a bouquet that cost less and looked so much better so rather upsetting that my own Mother's bouquet was not up to much. Shame as have been using Interflora every Mothers day for years now.
The gift was value for money as it contained a great array of colours, types of flowers and freshness. It was suitable for my recipient as it contained lilies and tulips, her favourite flowers and was very well arranged. It came with it's own vase, which was a good sturdy vase and one that can be used again and again
This collection of spring flowers would have been lovely - unfortunately they weren't as fresh as they could have been and some were already wilting when I picked them up from the florist! Will not be ordering from this florist again.
I'm very sorry to report that the 2 mother's day bouquets I had delivered to my mother and mother-in-law were, on the whole very disappointing. They were lovely when they were first delivered but didn't last any more than 3 days after. I've never had this trouble with inter flora before and it's put me off ordering in the future. Both bouquets had to be thrown in the bin (less than a week after receiving them) on Friday 20th March because they had all died. I'm really not happy with either purchase and would not recommend your service to anyone after this... I spent a significant amount of money for the 2 bouquets; money not well spent I'm sorry to say and I'd like a refund please.
