Couldn't believe how quickly it was delivered - within about 2 hours I had text to say it had been delivered!!! Recipient was thrilled by the quality of the flowers and the selection. She said she'd never had anything quite as good before. I'd certainly use this service again!
Had a message left on my answer phone saying that unfortunately the flowers would not be delivered on Mothers Day as the vase had broken and the florist did not have a replacement until the following day. I was told the flowers would be delivered the next day and the florist would include a box of chocolates, a basket of flowers and I would have my delivery money refunded. Would just like to say that I am more than happy with the service received from the florist after this incident but will be dealing with them directly in future rather than via Interflora. Interflora contacted me following the incident and left me a number to call - I tried calling on numerous occasions, but after being connected to operators in the US five times ( who said they couldn't help), finally admitted defeat. Not impressed.
Both deliveries were on time and delivered with no issues what so ever. One was to a friend leaving work who loved the flowers and chocolates and the other was to new parents of a baby girl who were over the moon.
Both sets of flowers were fresh and marked both occasions in the right manner,
Bought for mother day for my mother-in-law and they arrived on time and she was delighted with the arrangement and the quality of the blooms. Excellent value for money so would definitely use the service again and recommend to others.
I have already complained once and am not happy with the response I had. I ordered 2 mother's day bouquets and they were thrown in the bin less than a week after mother's day because they wilted so badly. My mother and mother-in-law were quite upset about the poor quality of the bouquets and I find it quite rude that interflora think a £10 e-voucher will suffice as a form of compensation. Dave advised me in his reply that there would be no further assistance offered... the recipients of the bouquets and I find this very poor customer service considering I'd spent over £70 on the order and they weren't able to enjoy them because they wilted so soon after delivery. I'd like to know what else can be done about this please.
Considering I paid to have the extra large flowers the actual size of the bouquet was disappointing and the actual flowers themselves look rather sorry for the themselves. My daughter bought me a bouquet that cost less and looked so much better so rather upsetting that my own Mother's bouquet was not up to much. Shame as have been using Interflora every Mothers day for years now.
The gift was value for money as it contained a great array of colours, types of flowers and freshness. It was suitable for my recipient as it contained lilies and tulips, her favourite flowers and was very well arranged. It came with it's own vase, which was a good sturdy vase and one that can be used again and again
This collection of spring flowers would have been lovely - unfortunately they weren't as fresh as they could have been and some were already wilting when I picked them up from the florist! Will not be ordering from this florist again.
I'm very sorry to report that the 2 mother's day bouquets I had delivered to my mother and mother-in-law were, on the whole very disappointing. They were lovely when they were first delivered but didn't last any more than 3 days after. I've never had this trouble with inter flora before and it's put me off ordering in the future. Both bouquets had to be thrown in the bin (less than a week after receiving them) on Friday 20th March because they had all died. I'm really not happy with either purchase and would not recommend your service to anyone after this... I spent a significant amount of money for the 2 bouquets; money not well spent I'm sorry to say and I'd like a refund please.
I was delighted with the flowers delivered on Mother's day. They were delivered in good time and have opened up beautifully. The recipient was delighted and that made my day. A really great service. Not inexpensive, but worth it if you really want to treat someone.
I have raised a separate complaint via your website. The bouquet was not scented (as specified) and after 5 days most of the flowers had died. My Mother called the local florist directly and has now received a replacement but sine this is the second time it has happened I will be seeking an alternative for next year's Mother's Day flowers.
