On the day they arrived two or three looked aged on the edges from day one. They was located, out of the direct sun, but in a well lite room, at a normal temp for this time of year. 4 days later, with water and the water additive from arrival, they was in the bin..... But the presentation foliage that the 12 roses came with we added some season flowers from a local supermarket, and they are still going great. FYI - My wife actually asked to not by roses anymore. So buy the foliage only from Interflora and flowers from the local supermarket £35 saving.
The quality of the flowers was good, and they were in good condition. As I had sent red roses, I realise they tend to demand a premium price, so I did not mind spending what I consider to be a lot of money. Delivery was on time, and packaged very well. Overall, I was pleased with the product.
Flowers were lovely, however they were a day late. Although customer services rang and tried to see if I would be happy to change to colour of the rose i refused. They also said they would throw in some chocolates, I asked if a vase could make up for the delay and was told "We can do something" Flowers arrived a day late, and no apology or goodwill gesture. This is the second time I have been let down by Interflora and I would be reluctant to use again or indeed recommend to a friend. I want to stress the flowers were beautiful, however the customer service is not the best I have came across.
Although I ordered flowers to be delivered an my 60th birthday I was contacted on the day of the delivery to be told they had run out of flowers and they would be delivered the following day. The order was made in plenty of time. I will not be using Interflora again.
I do thank you for offering a review section and think you are brave doing so if thois is the type of service you offer. Not sure how you stay in business.
Due to be delivered between 9 and 12, I received a last minute (10pm) call from Interflora changing 24 red roses to a 12/12 mix of red and white, which I accepted. A second 11pm call to say it could only be a 8/16 mix by a haughty customer service assistant, who responded to my understanding and flexibility by bluntly emphasising there would be no price reduction, not even the additional cost of the flowers arriving after 12. I eventually asked for Shelley's name, and said I'd complain, so a sudden change of attitude meant another provider was used. We were leaving for an anniversary lunch at 12, and wouldn't be back until 3 or 4, but I was told the second provider could only do 3 latest. It became a farce, and I left it as "if they can deliver after 4, great, if not, I'll drive into town and get flowers myself.
The provider was happy to deliver at 4, but Interflora was nothing but a bureaucratic and inefficient bottleneck in the process, selling something which they couldn't provide.
I will never use them again, and will phone florists directly.
Long stem Roses - Not only they were easy to order, delivered on time and beautifully presented, I also had the opportunity to see them once delivered at my friends'home where I was staying. They were simply 'gorgeous'!!! As a sender I was very satisfied, and, as recipients, my friends were 'over the moon'! BRAVO!
I am always impressed with Interflora service and you excelled yet again this time. I arranged for a bouquet of roses to be sent to a restaurant as a surprise gift to a dear friend at her birthday dinner and they were on the table when she arrived at the restaurant. Just as I expected so many thanks again Interflora. She found the roses so beautiful.
