I am a Landlord of a few rental properties, When I have a new tenant taking up occupancy, I like to welcome them to the property with an arrangement in a vase so that it doesn't cause a problem to the tenants who no doubt are in a pickle trying to unpack. I did not see the flowers but my friend sent an image. They were as they looked on the website. She was pleased. I was pleased. Arrived when expected and I was texted by the company to say they had been delivered.
I ordered a bunch of flowers for my Nan one Saturday Afternoon at 2.30pm for same day delivery. I waited until around 5pm & checked if they had been delivered on the mobile app which informed me they had. I live with my Nan & we have two dogs that bark like mad when someone comes to the door & I thought it was strange that I hadn't heard them do so. I went downstairs to check & they definitely hadn't been delivered. I called the customer service number on your website & after holding for 15 minutes I got through to someone who said they needed to contact the florist to find out what's happening. They put me on hold for a further 5 minutes & then came back to me to say they needed to contact the driver & they would call me back. This was now around 6pm & finally someone knocked at the door, causing my dogs to go mental as usual. When my nan went to the door the driver said he had tried earlier & no one had answered, which is complete rubbish as, like I said, my dogs react to the doorbell before we do. He then made my nan stand at the door in the cold to speak to the flower company to confirm the flowers had been delivered. I just think the whole thing was a bit of a shambles & quite unprofessional. The flowers on the other hand were beautiful & my Nan was chuffed, so thank you for that. Due to the customer service side of things, I probably wouldn't use you again, which is a shame as the flowers were lovely.
Decided to send a bag of flowers to a friend who I'd been talking to in the morning, and wanted them delivered the same day. I was so impressed with the speed at which they were delivered. The photo she sent me was just like the one on the website, they looked very fresh and very pretty. To be able to send flowers the same day on a whim is brilliant.
the quality was so good,very pleased,in fact great value for money,so very pretty,they were very fresh when delivered,they were a present for my grandaughter who was seriously ill in hospital,thank you so very much.
