The flowers I ordered for Mother's Day arrived in perfect timing, and with good customer service. The flowers were gorgeous, my Mum was so pleased as they were her favourite, but relatively rare, flowers, and they are still looking fab over a week later! My mother was delighted with these flowers on Mother's Day, I chose the spring bouquet and a Mother's Day balloon, and she was surprised and delighted, so I am very pleased. Interflora texted me after the flowers were delivered, but I'd already got a delighted text from my mum first, so I am totally happy with my order, thank you.
Good quality flowers with minimal peripheral floral decoration made for two basic looking bouquets. Left with functional bouquets and a subdued impression for my wife (from my sons) and for my mother. Fortunately, Mothering Sunday is about much more than interflora flowers.
An average result and questionable value for money.
Excellent service and easy to use. Interflora Gold for delivery a definite plus, £10 for a years worth of delivery. I ordered two bouquets for Mother's day which would have cost £14 delivery I selected Gold service and saved £4 straight away and still have the rest of the year to go. Not seen the flowers myself but Mums a retired florist and she says they're beautiful and presentation is excellent. Have used Interflora for a few years now after finding other internet florists quality quite poor.
Apparently whilst the bouquet was lovely (my mother's words) 4 of the flowers were dead within 24 hours! This was a bouquet which had been sent as my own Mother's Day order could not be delivered for some reason. So a little bit disappointed that whilst this was to say 'sorry' by Interflora (nice idea) the flowers weren't up to scratch. I'm still waiting for the delivery which I ordered!
Very pleased with this arrangement which closely resembled the website photo. It has a modern vibe and is quite stunning with unusual yellow lilies and beautiful white roses. Would definitely recommend this for spring. I ordered the large option.
Exceptionally fast! I was a bit disappointed that the flowers came in a Black bag rather than a brighter one as on the website, and I thought there would be more lilies and yellow as there was in the picture. But my mum was very pleased and said. "They are very healthy looking flowers and smell beautiful. There were lillies in there and lovely bright gerberas.... Gorgeous."
I noticed that 1 flower had dropped already in the spring bouquet even as it was being delivered to me but the florist and i had to throw all the spray foliage away because it was dropping and none of the lily's opened up at all. Very disappointed because I thought i was getting a large bouquet and I only had 4 yellow roses in the whole thing - not value for money and will not be recommending to friends.
Absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered on time for my wife. So fresh and yes I think what I paid is very much what I received - stunning - if not better than I thought they were going to be.
ordered the flowers wrongly thinking the advertised picture would be the same as actual Bouquet. Next time I will just go to the nearest shop and choose the flowers myself. Be careful to read what you actually get!!!!!
The flowers hit the mark! The beautiful flowers were delivered in a timely manner and received well at a time for a loss of a loved one. Great experience and worth the money. Thanks for following up and asking for good or bad comments. Always good to learn from both - but in my case it was exactly what we were hoping for.
