I ordered 3 bouquets in one week, 2 for the UK and 1 for Australia. All were delivered within 24 hours of the order. So simple, so efficient and obviously beautifully presented. A truly excellent service.
These were a special gift. On arrival - which was prompt - the flowers looked beautiful and made a wonderful impression. Unfortunately, in just 4 days, the flowers were already dying! I have bought from Interflora a few times in the past and never seen them do this. However, the flowers were wilting and really did not keep well at all. The Lillies opened up and started wilting within 24 hrs. After 5 days, half the flowers needed removing. On this occasion it did not feel like they were at all worth the money. I paid for these and chose Interflora because of my past experience of being very content. I have not used them for a few years and I wonder if the quality has now gone down or did I just order a bad bouquet? I have bought flowers from competitors that have lasted twice as long for a third of the price (not including p&p). Shame.
I ordered flowers for my step-mother's birthday on the Wednesday. I then requested that they be delivered on Thursday which they were not. They were delivered on Friday when she was out. I contacted Interflora to request that they be picked up and redelivered on Saturday and was reassured that would happen. It did not so the flowers sat all day on her door step until she got home at 6pm, very surprised that they were not stolen. Whilst she said that she liked the flowers, it was not a great experience both in terms of the inconvenience but also effectively being lied to. I would not use again nor recommend to a friend.
I've always used Interflora, mostly for convenience, to order flowers for family birthdays. I tend to elect for the large size, and this year I was left terribly disappointed. The bouquet received has shrunk considerably and was akin to the standard size bouquet! However, what was received can't be faulted. Beautiful arrangement and nicely packaged, but time to consider using local florists if I wanted value for money.
Delivery was within specified time window but the bouquet that arrived was not of the size or quality I expected. The flowers were for our anniversary and failed to impress my wife - they were simply not value for money. Of greater concern though was the freshness and life span of the flowers and particular the foliage used. After only two day the display looked extremely limp and sorry for itself. I won't be using the service again - there is no substitute for seeing what you are paying for I guess.
Ordered the extra large white radiance hand tied bouquet as a surprise gift for my sisters 50th birthday. Quality wasn't quite as expected. I don't think they were arranged particularly well by the florist. Gaps in some areas and too many flowers grouped together elsewhere. The roses were short in length and lost amongst the other flowers. The wrapping holding them all together needed to be tighter and there wasn't enough water in the base. This left the arrangement unstable. Flowers seemed to be fresh though. Just not quite as good looking a display as that shown on the website. One or two long green leaves in the display were bent and damaged.
Quality is not as shown in the photo really not worth the money and I would never of purchased these if i had know how pathetic they looked, they are in lots of packaging, very disappointed for the price!
