Bought these flowers as birthday gift for family member, she was delighted and said the scent filled her room. On giving delivery instructions, I asked for them to be left in a safe place if no answer, was told that a card would be posted through letterbox informing recipient. Annoyingly no card so flowers left outside in hallway till next day after birthday.
The flowers I ordered for my girlfriend were order at around 3pm and arrived the next day at around 12 noon. The bouquet was in prestine condition with all the flowers in beautiful, healthy arrangement.

I ordered a hand tied bouquet of white flowers to be delivered to my sister-in-law in Dereham, Norfolk for her birthday. I placed the order at 9am, so imagine my surprise when she rang at 10am (the same morning!!) to say thank you. they were fresh and very well presented. I have used Interflora several times before and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality and service but I think this beats them all hands down. well done Interflora and thanks yet again. mike inker - oh yes - certainly good value for money.
The flowers were a last minute cheer me up for a friend and they were beautiful but I was a but disappointed in the size. For almost £30 you did not get a lot, however the quality was exceptional. They are long lasting and I booked same day delivery which was super fast
Bought for anniversary. Nice arrangement and selection, but flowers did not last. Roses started losing petals within 2 days. This is despite following recommendations, and feeding etc. Several Lilies where also brown marked prior to opening. My daughter bought us some flowers from a local supermarket some days before, which have lasted far better. Disappointing.
I chose this beautiful white bouquet having received one myself a few weeks ago. The recipient was absolutely delighted with its arrival and each day comments on the bouquet. Delivery was efficient placing them safely in the porch for when the recipient returned from a hospital appointment which was perfect. Expensive but well worth it.
It was a Thank-you gift to my lawyers. They delivered within the hour! The flowers were expensive but for that kind of service- it's well worth it. I just wish the had a way to communicate to me when the flowers were delivered so we can have peace of mind.
Great quality, quantity and look to the flowers delivered. Were delivered punctually and at the right moment. Easy to order on the telephone and not a bad price for a well put together bunch of flowers. Able to cope with international delivery very well!
Sent as a Birthday gift. My mother was extremely pleased with her surprise and even took some pictures so I could see them. The quality of the flowers was very good and they came out gradually over the ten days or so that they lasted.
Extra Large White Radiance........... delivered today 10th December 2016... more Green than White........ thats the second order in 6 months that has left shall we say things to be desired.............. I have used Interflora now for 30 plus years.............. not sure I will again........... have you changed the Florist you use in the Folkestone Kent area??? if so.... I suggest you get the old one back................
Ordered the extra large white radiance hand tied bouquet as a surprise gift for my sisters 50th birthday. Quality wasn't quite as expected. I don't think they were arranged particularly well by the florist. Gaps in some areas and too many flowers grouped together elsewhere. The roses were short in length and lost amongst the other flowers. The wrapping holding them all together needed to be tighter and there wasn't enough water in the base. This left the arrangement unstable. Flowers seemed to be fresh though. Just not quite as good looking a display as that shown on the website. One or two long green leaves in the display were bent and damaged.
Quality is not as shown in the photo really not worth the money and I would never of purchased these if i had know how pathetic they looked, they are in lots of packaging, very disappointed for the price!
