I have already contacted Interflora regarding one of the orders I made through you at Christmas. I was extremely unhappy with the flowers delivered to Ferndown in Dorset. I happened to visit the person receiving them a couple of days after delivery and was shocked at how awful they were. They had died within that time. The lady to whom they were delivered had found them left by her front door in a box. She had looked for a florist name to ring up but could not find one. She would never have told me how awful they were but fortunately I was able to see for myself. The person I spoke to when I complained said I was too late to make a complaint and I felt had no sympathy for what I was telling her. I said I would never use Interflora again and I will stick by that as I fell your customer services was atrocious. I would not rate you if I could above as there is not an appropriate rate for awful and it will not let me submit without a rate. The one star is not at all appropriate. I have been using your service for some years but not any more. Clearly the flowers were not fresh and of extremely poor quality, as was the customer care.
i was massively disappointed with my recent order. As you will see i am a very regular customer and have spent a small fortune with you and before this i would continue to do so.
With this order i made you couldnt fulfil the order for 3 hour delivery and offered me a token gesture of £5 for the delay and i had to call up to get you to make this happen to be delivered by a certain time on that day,
I spent over £65 for this one order and would have expected a seamless service and not me have to call up for you to find an alternative. And then to get offered £5....are you serious
I expect a significant GOGW or i will not order from you again as i dont expect such issues when spending such a lot with you
Beautiful flowers, but not as large a bouquet as I expected - I did not offer a small one because I wanted to create impact, although when I saw it I wondered if the florist had made a mistake. Otherwise, what size is the small bouquet?!
The bouquet was delivered at the right time and the flowers were beautiful and good quality. The recipient was very happy with them. However, I do think the bouquet is very expensive for what you get and feel it would have been much cheaper to Google a local florist and order direct through them.
Pretty expensive, but delivery day, date & time was perfect. Birthday present for my sister. Because she usually goes away for her birthday, the florist rang her before delivery to make sure she, or someone else would be home. My sisters comment was "WOW".
For the cost of these flowers I was very disappointed, they were less than spectacular and only really lasted for a day. The following day a high percentage of the flowers looked past their best, which is not what I had expected.
I've been living and working overseas for an extended period of time and I've become reliant upon Interflora at those special times of the year when you dearly want to be at home but simply can't get there. The quality of the plants and flowers that have been delivered over the years have been in general very good. But I have to say for my last delivery the Florist certainly went the extra mile, the long stem flowers that were requested were excellent, fresh, vibrant and long lasting, my wife was absolutely delighted.
Bouquet turned up nice and early and was very nicely presented with lots of blooms. Some of the white roses were already slightly discoloured on delivery and as expected, the flowers didn't last 5 days which was a disappointment. Paid a premium for what turned out to be a very expensive bouquet because I assumed that Interflora would give the 'Wow' factor and I'd get the best chance of a lovely bouquet for a very special occasion. What I got was a 'nice' bouquet for a lot of money. In all honesty, I wish I'd gone to a florist's rather than ordering online. I might have been unlucky but as a first order, I wouldn't risk it again.
