The flowers were really nice and delivered nice and early in the morning and i was very pleased with them ! but after a couple of days some of the flowers started to wilt and die ! They are now a week old and over half of the bouquet has died ! whereas a different bouquet i purchased from the interflora stand at the INTU centre in Derby over a week before are still going strong admittedly they are not the same type of flower but i expect a bouquet to last a little longer than 3 days before it starts to die ..
Needed last minute Easter present for my mother as left it to the last minute as usual. None of the other online card/present retailers could deliver on the date I wanted apart from Interflora. Purchased Easter bouquet with chocolates. The florist had run out of chocolates but dashed out to get an easter egg as a replacement to ensure delivered on time. Result one happy mother who thought the flowers were fantastic and loved the egg, one happy customer. Excellent service, excellent quality, better than any other online service I have used. Will definitely use again.
Lillies were not good quality, therefore, value for money wasnt great as it looked like an aged product upon delivery. Unfortunately, even though I paid extra for delivery before 12pm (I was hoping for perhaps 10 or 11) it arrived at 12.15
I must say this is the fist time I have Interflora and they exceeded my expectations. My mum was going to be arriving in Woolacoombe on the day of her birthday and I arranged for flowers to be delivered to the hotel. She rang me to say how beautiful they were, but she would say that if they were weeds as mums do :). Anyway, a week later on her return I called up to see her, and oh my goodness,the flowers literally looked as if they had just been delivered. An absolutely beautiful bouquet, they looked much bigger and nicer than I remembered, and were so fresh even a week later. I am even more impressed as my mum admitted they had not been in water for over 2 days as they were delivered in a hand tied bowl and she didn't know how to add water. I managed to get muddled on the birthday of my Godmother and needed to get something to her at a distance of almost 300 miles. I booked the flowers and card late morning on the Saturday and they were with her less than two hours later. She was in the floral trade before retiring and she was most impressed with the quality of the flowers and the presentation of the bouquet. I hope I don't forget again but if I do I know where I'll turn - Interflora
I was a bit disappointed as I paid extra for the bigger bunch with more stems & it was not very impressive. The flowers smelled great & are still giving off a nice scent but the look was not what I expected.
Living abroad, I need a reliable florist in the UK. They have never let me down, delivering fabulous bouquets and flowers for birthdays and other special occasions. The quality is always superb and the displays are more special than usual. I pay extra to make sure that i get the best, and it's worth it.
After a lot of thought I decided to try Interflora again after I had received a lovely bunch of flowers for Mother's Day. It was definitely the right thing to do as I sent my 88 year old mother a thank you bunch for having our dog off the night. She was absolutely thrilled and very happy with the quality of the flowers. They lasted much longer than a week and she could spread them all over the house as it was a large spring bouquet we sent her. I was so impressed that I now have an Interflora account
These lovely flowers were good value for money and the delivery to my brother in Scotland was right on time. I chose a display which was stored in water in a plastic bag as it was appropriate for my needs. The flowers were to mark the first anniversary of my mums funeral and my brother, who is slightly disabled had no trouble in placing the arrangement on mums grave. - so thank you for making an awkward task very straight forward and pleasant.
I found the whole process of ordering to be simple and easy to complete. It was great being able to track the order. I was a bit apprehensive as I have used other on line companies to order flowers and badly let down. I need not have worried. On time and more importantly just like the picture I saw on line. My wife was delighted with the flowers and they lasted a considerable length of time. Perfect balance in the bouquet of open flowers , greenery and the surprise of the flowers that were to open.

I had paid for the extra large bunch but was very disappointed with the size of it, to me it looked the same size as the normal stem bunch. On the plus side they were bright and cheery and they arrived on time just as my aunt got home from hospital. Not sure i would pay the extra fee in future for the extra stems and would probably try elsewhere in future.
It was my daughter birthday; she lives in London UK and I live in Edmonton Canada...the flower arrangement was beautiful and she received them on time. That is as simple and very effective; the way it should be! Thank you :).
Bouquet made up of leaves and several flowers in various stages of blooming . We ended up throwing dead flowers out before some of the others had opened up. The quality does not reflect the high price paid. This will be the last time I use Interflora; I will buy from the local flower shop in future where I can see exactly what I am buying
