Very nice flowers and a bit on the pricey side. they were also left outside the door of the house rather than calling the numbers I specified in the delivery order ( I actually wanted them delivered in person and not to be found accidentally). Overall though it was a reasonable service.
I paid quite a lot for delivery on the same day but you certainly did deliver (pardon the pun). My mother received her flowers within 3 hours and was delighted with them. She needed cheering up after getting some bad news and the bouquet did the job perfectly.
The gift was very well received by my friends in Otley who are going through a bad patch at the moment. The lovely bouquet gave them both a much-needed lift and touched their hearts. I didn't see the fresh flowers myself but from my friends' reactions they must have been lovely. Thank you.
I have always purchased flowers form Interflora but on ccassion I was a little disappointed with the look of the flowers. They were tired looking, and unfortunatley as the lady receiving them was due to leave that day I could not request a fresh bunch to be delivered.
I wanted beautiful spring flowers with lots of colour & the recipient wasn't disappointed, the choice was fantastic & very much appreciated. Not cheap but still good value for money. After nearly two weeks they are still looking fresh & eye catching. Thank you very much
I managed to get muddled on the birthday of my Godmother and needed to get something to her at a distance of almost 300 miles. I booked the flowers and card late morning on the Saturday and they were with her less than two hours later. She was in the floral trade before retiring and she was most impressed with the quality of the flowers and the presentation of the bouquet. I hope I don't forget again but if I do I know where I'll turn - Interflora
I was a bit disappointed as I paid extra for the bigger bunch with more stems & it was not very impressive. The flowers smelled great & are still giving off a nice scent but the look was not what I expected.
Living abroad, I need a reliable florist in the UK. They have never let me down, delivering fabulous bouquets and flowers for birthdays and other special occasions. The quality is always superb and the displays are more special than usual. I pay extra to make sure that i get the best, and it's worth it.
After a lot of thought I decided to try Interflora again after I had received a lovely bunch of flowers for Mother's Day. It was definitely the right thing to do as I sent my 88 year old mother a thank you bunch for having our dog off the night. She was absolutely thrilled and very happy with the quality of the flowers. They lasted much longer than a week and she could spread them all over the house as it was a large spring bouquet we sent her. I was so impressed that I now have an Interflora account
I found the whole process of ordering to be simple and easy to complete. It was great being able to track the order. I was a bit apprehensive as I have used other on line companies to order flowers and badly let down. I need not have worried. On time and more importantly just like the picture I saw on line. My wife was delighted with the flowers and they lasted a considerable length of time. Perfect balance in the bouquet of open flowers , greenery and the surprise of the flowers that were to open.

I had paid for the extra large bunch but was very disappointed with the size of it, to me it looked the same size as the normal stem bunch. On the plus side they were bright and cheery and they arrived on time just as my aunt got home from hospital. Not sure i would pay the extra fee in future for the extra stems and would probably try elsewhere in future.
It was my daughter birthday; she lives in London UK and I live in Edmonton Canada...the flower arrangement was beautiful and she received them on time. That is as simple and very effective; the way it should be! Thank you :).
