Sent flowers for mothers Birthday.

Booked by phone before 10am & was pleasantly surprised to see that according to the tracker...... Flowers were made & out for delivery within 10 minutes of order!

BUT - flowers were then not delivered until after 8pm... so were in the van for over 10 hours?? I suspect that they weren't that fresh by then - but mum was too kind to say so. + Surprise was ruined as I had called at 7pm to see if they'd arrived.

The flowers were lovely, fresh and well presented. I have no complaints other than the flowers and card were a little pricey. Hence the 4 stars, not 5.

I've always trusted interflora; the speed and delivery of your services are second to none. To be able to request "same day delievery" and have no questions asked then to receive the product within a few hours is truly signs of a great organisation. The flowers were also beautiful, so thank you for your service and I will definately recommend and use you in the future.

I ordered a last minute bouquet for my Mother's birthday as she was too ill to receive visitors on the actual day. The ordering process and subsequent delivery was excellent. The lady who delivered the flowers was punctual, very pleasant, friendly and cannot be faulted. However, the bouquet bore no resemblance to the illustration on the website (my sister emailed me a picture) I did not realise 13 stems could look so pathetic and I was embarrassed to have these sent out in my name.

Very fast delivery, just over an hour after I booked them.

We had to find flowers for delivery on the same day as we'd been let down by another supplier. I looked on the Tesco website and ordered by phone to Interflora. The advisor was friendly and helpful. The flowers plus same-day delivery were good value. The recipients were delighted with the flowers - they were an 80th birthday present.

Ordered late in the night but was received by the recipient by the following afternoon. Not seen the flowers myself but been told by those who have that they were beautiful and have lasted a long time (still going strong after a week).

The flowers were for my wife for her birthday.

They were excellent; fresh, colourful, good value for money and in the peak of condition. I will certainly buy through Interflora again.

Sent this bouquet for a special birthday and sent the large version. The recipient sent a photo of it to thank me and it did not look much like the website picture at all: mostly yellow chrysanths and greenery, hardly any blue or pink. Interflora refunded half the purchase price, but I was sad that what I thought I had chosen was not what arrived.

3 bouquets to 3 different recipients in the past month and all have been delightful. Interflora are my method of choice for sending gifts to distant friends and family on special occasions.

I ordered this bunch of flowers for my mother's birthday.
The flowers arrived beautiful and fresh, and expertly arranged. I ordered the extra large option, however I would have expected the bouquet to have been slightly bigger than it was for the money I paid.
I know that when choosing a bunch like this you aren't guaranteed to get the flowers that are shown in the picture but I thought the bouquet that was delivered were a little too pink, however that is personal preference, my mother was very happy with them!
On the whole though, I would order again it's been a week now and flowers are still fresh and look like they may last at least another week yet.
Interflora may be slightly more expensive than other online florists, but you only get what you pay for and I know that by ordering off interflora the flowers will be fresh and of high quality and I wasn't disappointed!

In a nutshell - Disapointing ! , i decided to use Interflora as i wanted to send a really fantastic arrangment of flowers to my wife for our anniversay and i thought i'd use Interflora although they are more expensive than local independant florists so that the flowers would be extra special , sadly although the quality of the flowers was good the quantity wasn't! , i paid for the extra large size and what arrived was little more than what i would desribe as a standard size , i paid alot of money for these flowers expexting a huge and impressive arrangement, this was sadly not what arrived. In future i'll stick to the local intependant florist who would have supplied something three times the size for the price i paid.

Having received this bouquet as a birthday present I was rather disappointed. It was ordered by my husband as the picture did not show oriental lillies were included as I do not like the smell of them, but they were along with snapdragons(?!) and gerbera. Not worth[$]!!!

[...].The quality of the bouquest was dissapointing - the flowers really didnt last more than a couple of days, they werent kept in the sun or in a hot room either.Presentation was very good, Choice of chocolates was poor, with mixed being hte only choice. Milk chocolates only was not an option.
