Slightly disappointed in size of bouquet considering the price, but flowers turned up promptly despite the expensive delivery. Was disappointed that most of the flowers weren't available and had to be substituted for something else - if flowers aren't in season, they shouldn't be advertised on the website...Have heard that flowers have lasted a long time though so that's a plus.
Whilst my mum loved the flowers and said they were lovely and bright, I was disappointed that they didn't include Sweet William as that was the reason I chose that particular bouquet as they are her favourite flowers. They were advertised an including them so I am annoyed they weren't delivered as advertised. Quality of flowers overall good.
I paid extra to have the flowers delivered on a Saturday. The flowers were left on the door step as my daughter was not in which is unacceptable. She was away over night (which I didn't realise) so the flowers were there for more than 24 hours. Indicating that no one was in. The bunch was very small many consisting of crysanthemums. I was not happy!!!!
A really beautiful arrangement which was received very well. delivery was on time and the arrangement was good value. Fresh and still remain so after a week and look as though they will last another week or more.. I have used this service for different occasions and for other countries; always with satisfaction
Ordered a bouquet for my mother-inlaw just to let her know we were thinking of her as she has not been feeling great recently. She seemed to be delighted with the bouquet. It was easy to order and pay for online, only thing was received a phone call from Interflora to say they had to substitute some of the flowers but the mother inlaw seemed happy so they must of looked good. Received confirmation by text to say they had been delivered. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
Whilst away on an extended business trip I thought I would send my better half a bunch of flowers to tell her I missed her. After arranging the delivery all went well and a flowers had the desired effect. I did get home from my trip this weekend and was slightly shocked at the size of the display. I might be out of touch, but the display was small and based upon the description and cost I expected something a little more spectacular than what was receive.
I ordered the Bouquet of the month, Summer hand tied, size large.
I feel that the item we got was not as described on the site, in terms of age of blooms, type of blooms and style of blooms - I understand that you will never get an exact match to the example online, but what was delivered had old, browning flowers, large gaps and seemingly less stems. It wasn't finished with a lime ribbon either - the colour scheme of our kitchen...
The gift was for a loved one, and I don't feel it delivered the wow factor I thought I was buying online, I was upset when I saw it, as it just wasn't good. I feel really unhappy at the quality of the bunch, and don't feel this represented anything like value for money.
One star, as item was delivered very promptly on the same day as ordered.
I have emailed Interflora with my concerns and am awaiting a reply.
These flowers were a birthday gift for my mother who lives in Preston. She was impressed by the variation of flowers in the bouquet. The flowers were very fresh, and the presentation was very attractive (Photos were emailed to me). The delivery service was excellent. I would highly recommend Holmes Florist Online Services to friends and family. I will definitely be using Holmes Online Services again in the future. A few flowers swamped by loads of leaves. The dahlias are very droopy with tight buds and few flowers, also droopy (one of which was broken on arrival). Only two of four open dahlia flowers is upright. The sender would be very disappointed. The single rose (white) and green carnations are lovely. Sorry, Interflora - you need to do better.
I work away and rely on interflora to brighten up the day of my darling wife who works in a very stressful job, so sending a lovely bouquet is just the thing to put a smile on her face, just got an email to say flowers arrived and are wonderful so the smile is in place were it belongs and once again Interflora has done me proud.
