Just like a summer garden in full bloom, this pretty hand-tied bouquet is bursting with colour, texture and variety. For this selection we included lots of favourites including charming sweet Williams, classic dahlias and a timeless pink rose as the centrepiece.
Featuring pink dahlias, cream spray chrysanthemums, cerise rose, green carnations, purple September flowers, mixed sweet williams and green alchemilla mollis hand-tied with salal and presented with gift wrap finished with a lime ribbon.
The bouquet was delivered on time and looked good at the time but within 2 days some of the flowers had wilted and had to be removed, within a week they had to be disposed of, this is not the standard I have come to expect from Interflora and was very disappointed with the product.
I was disappointed with the bouquet overall in terms of value for money. I could have bought something similar looking at my local supermarket for a fraction of the cost. Customer Services rang me to advise that the exact flowers in the photo were not available locally - which I very much appreciated. But they assured me they would be replaced with flowers of equal value. I feel the bouquet that my mother received did not have flowers of the same value and I was very disappointed in the bouquet. I used interflora as I thought they would deliver something very special......this was not the case unfortunately.
Quality poor Very disappointed considering cost could have better bunch from M&S at my local Petrol Station Saw flowers 3hrs after delivery some looked as if going over already Having use Interflora in the past to say I was bitterly Disappointed is putting it mildly.
MY Mum was very pleased with her flowers, I quote her email to me "Just to say lovely, lovely flowers-----and wine. Thank you so much." never have any complaints or issues with Interflora flowers, and am always told the flowers last for a long time.
The flowers arrived on our wedding anniversary on time and appeared as per the photograph on the website. The main problem is that they have not lasted. They arrived last Monday and were dead by the weekend. In contrast, flowers from my daughter bought from a supermarket are still going strong. Really quite disapointed.
The quality of the gift is good but beware. Interflora have now sent me four emails asking for a review although I set my preferences to NOT email me. I've also unsubscribed from their emails each time and they continue to email me!
I ordered the Bouquet of the month, Summer hand tied, size large.
I feel that the item we got was not as described on the site, in terms of age of blooms, type of blooms and style of blooms - I understand that you will never get an exact match to the example online, but what was delivered had old, browning flowers, large gaps and seemingly less stems. It wasn't finished with a lime ribbon either - the colour scheme of our kitchen...
The gift was for a loved one, and I don't feel it delivered the wow factor I thought I was buying online, I was upset when I saw it, as it just wasn't good. I feel really unhappy at the quality of the bunch, and don't feel this represented anything like value for money.
One star, as item was delivered very promptly on the same day as ordered.
I have emailed Interflora with my concerns and am awaiting a reply.
These flowers were a birthday gift for my mother who lives in Preston. She was impressed by the variation of flowers in the bouquet. The flowers were very fresh, and the presentation was very attractive (Photos were emailed to me). The delivery service was excellent. I would highly recommend Holmes Florist Online Services to friends and family. I will definitely be using Holmes Online Services again in the future. A big thank you to Holmes staff you did a great job.
The quality and colour of the of garment was brilliant and my grandson absolutely loved in. It was part of a birthday present with matching Boden shorts. (Hoping to cut a dash on the beach at Sandbanks!) However having worn it only once a small hole was discovered in one of the stripes and it was duly returned to Boden with the receipt and a covering note. THEY WERE BRILLIANT!! Not only was it replaced post haste but sent back directly to my grandson who was thrilled to receive a parcel in the post . So this is not only a recommendation for their product but also the service they provide.

A few flowers swamped by loads of leaves. The dahlias are very droopy with tight buds and few flowers, also droopy (one of which was broken on arrival). Only two of four open dahlia flowers is upright. The sender would be very disappointed. The single rose (white) and green carnations are lovely. Sorry, Interflora - you need to do better.
I work away and rely on interflora to brighten up the day of my darling wife who works in a very stressful job, so sending a lovely bouquet is just the thing to put a smile on her face, just got an email to say flowers arrived and are wonderful so the smile is in place were it belongs and once again Interflora has done me proud.
