Flowers arrived and were appreciated. I paid the extra to have them delivered the next day but florist did not have the stocks that day and so they were delivered the day after. I wonder if I will receive the extra back?
Beautiful flowers, well presented and the recipient loved them. Colours were very attractive. However did feel there were not many flowers for the cost of the bouquet and felt a little disappointed with value for money. Same day delivery service was excellent and arrived at recipient within 2 hours of placing order. Great servIce.
I was happy with everything from ordering to the price in general and to the delivery, my only slight disappointment has been longevity of the flowers, they have not lasted a full week I would have thought a week to ten days would have been more in line unless you tell me otherwise.
Our friend in Manchester who recently assisted us with our UK travel thought,at first, that the delivery was at the wrong adress but was delighted when she realised that the flowers were for her. I chose express delivery (3 hours) which was expensive but I needed to be sure the bouquet arrived in time. I was amazed and impressed when it was delivered with an hour of placing the order. Well done and thank you.
I spent a considerable amount of time selecting the nicest arrangement containing as much of the recipients favourite colour only to discover (when she brought them home) that there was not a single flower matching this colour. It's small things like this that really make a big difference, so I was extremely disappointed. A few days later half the flowers are finished, and the other half haven't even started to open, so not impressed with the quality either. I've ordered flowers many times from Interflora, and I've always been really pleased with the results. This time was a really poor show...
Flowers were clearly very fresh and healthy, with a good amount for the money that was paid. The recipient (who was leaving work that day after 11 years service to the department) declared herself delighted and was genuinely touched that the flowers that we had chosen were so beautiful.
