Although the gift arrived on time I had two separate phone calls to amend my order as they couldn't fulfil the original flower gift. Although I appreciate it was the festive season I do feel it wasn't a great service, to be called one day ( New Years Day ) and then the following day both times to make changes wasn't the service I expected.
As it was my girlfriend's 21st birthday, I've been searching for florist in birmingham to send her a present. In the end, I chose Interflora. I like how I could put "add-on"s to my bouquet of flowers. My girlfriend received the gift at around 11am on the date of delivery. The flowers were very fresh and the presentation was good. She was very surprised and happy. The flowers lasted for about 5-6 days on average before showing signs of deterioration. The balloons are still doing great! I would also like to thank Interflora for matching a suitable coloured happy birthday balloon to the 21 year old baloon as I was initially worried the two wouldn't match from the images online. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. Thank you Interflora.
The quality of the gift was very good, and represented good value for money due to the gift being highly reflective of the image and description from the interflora website. The gift was delivered in very good time, and has remained fresh for almost 1 week.
Unfortunately the white roses in this bouquet were not of the same quality as the red ones. They started to wither the day after receipt and left the recipient somewhat disappointed. i couldn't recommend this item due to the short lived shelf life of half the bouquet, and clearly this did not represent value for money.
Whilst the red roses in the bouquet were of the quality expected, the white ones were not. Subsequently the longevity of the gift was not what was expected leaving my partner somewhat disappointed. Had the whole bouquet been of the quality of the red roses then they would have been value for money, but as the bouquet started to visibly wither the day after receipt, then,it was neither value for money or of a standard that I could honestly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing it.
18x roses (red and pink). This bouquet wasn't cheap, red roses looked great pink ones not so good. Bouquet only lasted about 4 days before the petals started to fall off, by day 6 I had to through them away. Not the first time interflora have let me down, will think twice before using them again...

The flowers themselves are lovely but the presentation is terrible. To describe this as hand-tied is a functional description at its most basic. The stems weren't even prepared with leaves all the way to the bottom of each. In all it just looked like a bunch of cut flowers dumped into a vase without any thought or attention to detail - certainly not the quality presentation that was expected...
After using your company many time and being very satisfied this last occasion was a big let down. The flowers that arived last Friday were dead on Sunday My wife comented they were in poor condition when they arived I will await the out come of your investigation before using your company again
