The flowers arrived within the am slot and were presented beautifully. My parents were very pleased with them. The only complaint I have is that I didn't receive a text to confirm delivery until 2.15pm.
Fantastic service. Able to save birthday disaster when birthday card didn't arrive in time for my Mum's 70th birthday. She was more than happy with the lovely bouquet which arrived the next day. My only complaint is that pictures are only of the large bouquets. Would be good to see what smaller bouquet would look like, before ordering, as her photo did look a bit meagre compared to actual photo on website.
I bought this bouquet for my sister and her husbands Golden Wedding. I do not live near them and could not get away that day to visit them. I ordered them at 7.30am that morning and she received them by 11.15am the same day. I upgraded to the middle bouquet which had 19 stems. She rang me to say thank you and to say that the bouquet was "Absolutely delightful". She described the flowers to be and they were exactly like the bouquet that I had ordered. She said the vibrant colours of the flowers were just lovely. Thank you interflora for helping to make my sisters Golden Wedding day special as they can't get out much due to her husband ill health.
Hi Nigel, I was disappointed as the flowers were for a well done for one of my team, and whilst she says they were beautiful she didn't get them until 2 days after they were delivered as they went to a neighbour and no note was put through her door to say were they were, and I had to chase interflora to get the address they were delivered too. Her neighbour was out the following day meaning my team member got 2 day old flowers in the end.
Flowers arrived on time. I had specifically asked that if noone was in to leave them with specific neighbours, they were just left in the outside toilet that never gets used and no note was left to say they were there, they were only found by accident! The flowers werent spread out evenly, the roses looked like they would only last a couple of days, going brown on the edge on the second day, the selophane was just clear and looked very boring, think it was called 'vibrant' but was anything but! First time ive used interflora and probably the last.
I ordered flowers via interflora. my local florist was the agent that made the bouquet, and it was very nice too. my issue was that delivery would have cost between £6 to £10 via interflora for next day delivery. if i had ordered the flowers directly from the florist - they offered free delivery! next time i'll go direct as a result - can interflora fix this obvious flaw? flowers are very expensive as it is, and the extra expensive delivery costs are a real kicker.
I ordered online for delivery the next day. The recipient failed to get their order on the correct day, as they had been delivered to a completely different address from what I entered.
On speaking to Interflora they were very quick to blame the courier company. Sorry Interfora but you are providing a service and this is your responsibility. Yes, you did refund me but this isnt the point. The recipient had a 52 mile round trip to collect something which should have been correctly delivered to her.
I have provided a copy of my confirmation to you, and I have had 5 phone calls from different staff within Customer Service who clearly hadn't spoken to each other and wanted information which I had previously provided. All I wanted to know was why my delivery ended up 26 miles from where it should have been delivered.
This maybe a rare and unfortunate situation for Interflora but it would have been nice if someone had accepted it was your mistake and offered an apology. I understand mistakes happen but how it was handled was very poor.
