Many of the flowers have died before a week is up and those that haven't, look tired. Poor value for money - I would have been better off getting a bouquet from the supermarket. I also paid an additional £9.99 for a morning delivery - they arrived at 11.55!!
The delivery was good, website was fairly easy to use. However I don't like how when you purchase a card you have to write out the message in delivery instructions. The whole point of purchasing a card is to fit more words than the tiny box we get for the free small card. I feel it renders the bigger card redundant and it is a pain if we do have delivery instructions as well. You should have a larger box with a bigger word limit for card purchases.

Although it's difficult to write a review as I life miles away from the recipitent. But I will say the person in question, said the flowers were Lovely and very nice. That says it all really. And yes of course I will use yourselfs agian. I have no reason not to at present.
I ordered these as a surprise for a 30th birthday. I went for the bigger bunch of flowers for this special event. My friend loved the flowers, they were very colourful. She took a picture of them for me and I was not disappointed with what was delivered.
Unfortunately I didn't get the flowers I ordered due to high demands prior to my order. The flower lady did call and explain and gave me options which was very good of her. She proved to be very courteous and done everything in her power to ensure I left the shop a satisfied customer. My wife very much enjoyed the flowers although they only lasted 5 days
was unhappy when my flowers ended up at the wrong place phoned customer service and got a rude man that was unhelpful and just tryed so hard to put the blame on me and my flowers did not last nowhere close to 7 days i would say bout 4 days max after looking after them as i was told by the flower care book that you get with it.
Many thanks for delivering our flowers last week. They arrived on time and in excellent condition. The arrangement of flowers was really full and vibrant (and bigger than I was lead to believe), and my mother was very happy with them. Would recommend Lilly's highly to anyone looking to order online.
The bouquet lived up to its picture and a week later still looks good. Very prompt delivery. Morning delivery a little pricey but worth it to avoid staying in all day. Would definitely use this service again.
The service and website were great and the flowers arrived 'bang on time' which is important. I didn't see the bouquet as it was sent to a distant address, but the feedback rec'd on the day was that they were 'very blessed'. A day later they said thank you again in an e-mail, so to received 2 thank yous suggested it had the desired effect :-).
This large arrangement was delivered early the day after I placed the order. The flowers themselves were of excellent quality and have remained fresh more than 7 days now. Whilst not the cheapest option the value here is you get what you pay for. They were a delight for my aging Mum who places flowers ahead of any other gift. Interflora is, and remains, my favoured choice for sending flowers overseas.
