Although the bouquet for my mother arrived on time and the flowers were fresh. The bouquet did not contain the expensive flowers in the colours that I thought I paid for. My is in her seventies she likes bright tropical sorts of colours and I chose this bouquet for that reason, There were no yellow or cerise in the bouquet. I was very green and the were no orange roses. It the flowers were not available I should have been contacted. Instead I got cheaper substitute flowers and a big bill. I wonder how many times this happens?

My wife was delighted to receive the flowers and described them as fabulous.

The bouquet was far from vibrant. This style was chosen as it was shown as predominantly bright yellow with splashes of green and pink. Disappointingly the bouquet was made up of white/cream flowers with just a little bright pink. It was not a good combination.

I did not see the Flowers as they were delivered over seas but my Sister-in- Law was delighted and I'm amassed at the speed of the delivery (I thought it would be the next day given the time I placed the order, 5.20pm). Will use again and again.

Sent these flowers to my Mum in England for her 70th birthday. I ordered the extra large bouquet together with balloon and chocolates. They were a little expensive, however, my Mum was thrilled and said they were lovely. I was also impressed with the tracking service and timely delivery. Thank you

The on-line ordering was simple enough and the flowers were delivered as requested, cannot vouch for quality myself but the recipient was very happy.

After having viewed the web site through the selection of differing hand tied flowers, we chose the extra large hand tied flowers with balloon. Only no balloon and nearly quite frankly it didn't look anything like a beautiful hand tied selection of flowers. The website is not easy to navigate and actually could mean you fall into the trap of not as contractually not fit for purpose in distance selling.

Would have been a great deal more stars if this bouquet was the extra large one I ordered and not the standard size, even though she loved it I was disappointed

wilting dead flowers, in a small bouquet that was suppose to be extra large...appalled by the state of them.. should have been for a 40th birthday and yet i felt ashamed of the gift i had given.

sent two bouquets..both recipients were over the moon..one being my mother, I've sent them many ,many different ways even thru her local florist directly...she commented on them saying they were the best she's received, not full of fillers.
In my view they were a great value,I've sent them for almost twice the price without half the praise.
