The flowers were beautiful, as a gift for an unwell friend they were gratefully received (she absolutely loved them). A really pretty, vibrant bunch of flowers perfect for cheering someone up! Wasn't disappointed by the presentation, and they looked incredibly fresh. Really pleased with the product and service, and will be using again, (but hopefully for a nicer reason).
A beautiful bouquet that was delivered promptly on Mother's Day. I'm very happy with the service I received and it made being away from home on Mother's Day that bit easier knowing that I could still send a present without difficulty. I was very disappointment with the flowers I had ordered, to have delivered to a friend to say thank you for being there for me during a very difficult time . I had chosen this particular bunch of flowers as they appeared to be bright, colourful and enough flowers to call it a bunch of flowers. Unfortunately the picture I received of the actual flowers was nothing like what I had paid for. There were more green leaves and stalks than there were flowers. The flowers that were there were drowned by the green leaves and stalks.
I was very disappointed and not likely to use an ordering service where I'm not able to view the flowers before I purchase.
I ordered online for delivery the next day. The recipient failed to get their order on the correct day, as they had been delivered to a completely different address from what I entered.
On speaking to Interflora they were very quick to blame the courier company. Sorry Interfora but you are providing a service and this is your responsibility. Yes, you did refund me but this isnt the point. The recipient had a 52 mile round trip to collect something which should have been correctly delivered to her.
I have provided a copy of my confirmation to you, and I have had 5 phone calls from different staff within Customer Service who clearly hadn't spoken to each other and wanted information which I had previously provided. All I wanted to know was why my delivery ended up 26 miles from where it should have been delivered.
This maybe a rare and unfortunate situation for Interflora but it would have been nice if someone had accepted it was your mistake and offered an apology. I understand mistakes happen but how it was handled was very poor.
Ordered 'over the Internet' and delivered later that afternoon as requested. My sister was delighted with the flowers as was I at the quick response the my order/delivery. This is the second time I've used Interflora and would do so again. It depends on the local florist at point of delivery but I have no complaints an excellent service.
Saw this bouquet 4 days after it was delivered to my daughter-in-law and I was quite disappointed. It was dull compared to other bouquets I have bought and flowers were drooping surpisingly as the room was bright and not over warm.
