I tried to order flowers to be sent to a hospital. It was, for me anyway, impossible as the "town" for the hospital was not in a drop down menu. Eventually I had to use the telephone number. The flowers were good, the call centre experience fine but the website not good. I say below that I would not recommend because I think that if you cannot order when you want on the web then it is disappointing.

Vibrant bouquet brought for a 70th birthday present. Green carnations substitued for peach and yellow roses instead of orange made the whole thing look rather insipid

I ordered the flowers around 11.50 hours and requested same day delivery to my delight the flowers were delivered around 15.00hrs - now that is service! The bouquet was quite stunning and my wifr was delighted execellent VFM! As of today the flowers are still fresh and look as if they have just been delivered - now on thier 6th day! I would strongly recommend this service for ANY occasion.

I did not see the Flowers as they were delivered over seas but my Sister-in- Law was delighted and I'm amassed at the speed of the delivery (I thought it would be the next day given the time I placed the order, 5.20pm). Will use again and again.

Over the years have used Interflora many times. This is the first occasion where the high standards I've experienced in the past was not met.

The bouquet was a lot smaller than I expected (I ordered the larger of two size choices) and some of the rose petals were brown at the edges.

I ordered the larger bunch with 19 stems for my aunt's birthday. She was thoroughly delighted with them and most impressed with the whole arrangement, so much so she telephone the local florist to compliment them.

I was always kept informed of the progress of my delivery and requested a text alert once delivered, which I received almost to the minute of her receiving them.

I would definitely use Interflora again and would highly recommend this assortment.

From ordering to delivery was just a couple of hours, so excellent value for money and the "flowers in a box" looked & smelt utterly gorgeous.

Not as big as i thought but very well put together and looked stunning! The recipient was elated and raved about them so a grand job, thanks.

wilting dead flowers, in a small bouquet that was suppose to be extra large...appalled by the state of them.. should have been for a 40th birthday and yet i felt ashamed of the gift i had given.

sent two bouquets..both recipients were over the moon..one being my mother, I've sent them many ,many different ways even thru her local florist directly...she commented on them saying they were the best she's received, not full of fillers.
In my view they were a great value,I've sent them for almost twice the price without half the praise.

Excellent service - ordered large bouquet, large chocs, balloon, sparkling rose & card on the sat pm and they were delivered lunchtime monday for a special birthday. Flowers were fresh and beautiful & the extras were great! Will always use this service for special occasions. ;-)

The flowers delivered were so good, my grandmother (who is almost blind) felt she needed to send me a card from the UK to Australia to tell me how great they were. She was absolutely delighted. It's not the first time I've had a great experience with Interflora and it won't be the last!

Flowers were half dead when they arrived, they only lasted 2/3 days and were not worth the cost

I ordered this bouquet on behalf of my Grandmother for my Mother's 50th Birthday.
I ordered the extra large option, the bouquet I received was small and pathetic. The Bouquet had clearly been prepared and left for some time.The Roses were wilted, not yet fully opened but already the petals were curled and starting to brown. The Chrysanthemums looked incredibly sorry for themselves and the leaves were brown underneath.

Incredibly Poor Value For Money! Bad Quality! Freshness? Considering we have had the bouquet 3 days they already look fit for the compost.
I do not recommend paying extra for this bouquet, it was certainly not worth the extra!
