Someone is going to love this gift. The kaleidoscope of radiant colour ensures this striking hand-tied takes centre stage right away. With roses, lilies, carnations, chrysanthemums and so much more, this is certainly the right choice of gift to make an impression.
Featuring pink alstroemeria, green carnations, cerise germinis, yellow Asiatic lilies, orange large-headed roses and green spray chrysanthemums with pittosporum and salal, hand-tied and wrapped in gold Florawrap® and a voile ribbon.
Buying things online for delivery thousands of miles away, you are never quite sure how the end product looks when it arrives with your loved ones (there is an idea that would set you apart - send digital photo feedback...?)
I recently bought my dear old mum in the UK a birthday bouquet and I cannot begin to explain how thrilled she was with the beautiful basket that arrived.
I imagine that your product selection and delivery people certainly understand the customer experience (at least in this case) and I will continue to use your service and recommend it as long as this continues.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on my mother's birthday, knowing that I would be going to visit her the next day but wanting her to receive them on her birthday. Because I was in a rush when ordering, I just went to Interflora without checking other flower delivery options. I wish I had had the time! When I saw the flowers the day after they had been delivered I was very disappointed. They were already a bit "tired" but more importantly they were a paltry bunch for the cost, even excluding the delivery charge. No doubt "technically" they met the specification in number of stems etc., but really were a rather sad bunch for what I had paid. I live in the centre of London and use a local, quite posh, artisanal florist but for the same money or even less would have got a far, far more impressive bunch, both in terms of the actual flowers and the presentation. Next time I am sending flowers I will explore alternative options or wait until I visit, even if a day or two later, and take a much better and much better value bunch from my local florist
Flowers were delivered to my mother for her 80th birthday. In less than a week, the whole lot were dropping and dying. They were clearly not fresh. Having spoken to Interflora over the telephone, I was told that I could have a £10 e-voucher, which is absolutely useless to me as I will not use Interflora again. What a poor service and product.
Whenever I need to cheer, praise or thank a friend or relation I can always rely on Interflora to do the business.Beautiful flowers, classy arrangements & overjoyed recipients in tears of happiness thanks to your wonderful service. You just can't be beat! Thank you from me & everyone I have sent your flowers to. I will continue to use your company time & time again & know that delivery will be prompt & perfect. I always recommend you to my friends as your product is so delightful & guaranteed to bring happiness, even in times of sorrow. Well done, Interflora!
Over the lat few months I have used Interflora many times. The products have always been very nice but elements of delivery not so.
Case 1 some one 'ad libbed' on the card HB to Happy Birthday when it meant Honey bunch to the recipient and was not a birthday! Case 2 After accepting and me paying for an alotted delivery am/pm it arrived the following day! Case 3 This one! I asked for a AM delivery and was there all the time awaiting, I recieved a text (my usual delivery notice method) to say they had been delivered. I waited a further approx 45mins but still no sign. We have a big garden and I had said leave in Porchway, my thoughts began to think someone might have seen them and stolen them? I contacted the help desk who then discovered they had not been delivered as yet. It then clicked that the text was to confirm the AM delivery and I did feel cheated and devalued that they would say they had delivered them to avoid being penalised.
Each occasion I have been swiftly and fairly dealt with by your staff and offered a form of reimbursement so that element was first class but my succes rate of a trouble free delivery is 50/50 and that is not satisfactory given the occasions (anniversary, hospital etc) when I have sent flowers.
The displays themselves have always been first class and for that reason and the customer care afterwards I still would recommend but it is very frustrating as I am wondering what will happen in a week or two when I send some more?
I ordered a delightful array of flowers to surprise and please my wife. The flowers were even better than the photograph shown on the internet and delighted her. What more can a husband wish for. They look as good as ever a week after delivery. Thanks from a happy man - and his wife !
This large arrangement was delivered early the day after I placed the order. The flowers themselves were of excellent quality and have remained fresh more than 7 days now. Whilst not the cheapest option the value here is you get what you pay for. They were a delight for my aging Mum who places flowers ahead of any other gift. Interflora is, and remains, my favoured choice for sending flowers overseas.
