I bought this as a gift for my mum to cheer her up while in hospital. The flowers were beautiful and remained fresh-looking so for over a week but we were slightly disappointed by the size of the bouquet - it was a lot smaller than we expected for the cost. I would recommend this to a friend but I would make it clear that the pictures often make the bouquet look bigger than it actually is.

I went for the upgraded option of the vibrant summer perfect gift and bottle of what wine. After ordering at 9.30am in the morning I paid an additional charge to get it delivered same day. Well my daughter of 24 sent me through a photo of the flowers (sorry leaves) she received and because it was a surprise she was touched, but I think this was more for the bottle of wine than the flowers. When looking at the photo to my surprise the flowers were dull and poor, nothing like what was shown in the picture and would have been better suited to my granny. If this is upgraded I dare to think what she might have received ? I have been a good customer in the past but I would think twice next time..... Live and learn :(

My wife was delighted with the bouquet as I knew she would be.

Having used Interflora for a few years, I was surprised and a little dissapointed at the last arrangement delivered.
I live at the opposite end oif the country to my girlfriend so occassionally I will send flowers as a small gift. I ordered a large vibrant boquet and when I saw the arrangement was dissapointed at the size, much smaller than I expected. I will try another supplier to compare what they can offer. The usual interflora service was superb with quick delivery and lovely flowers. Perhaps a small cost cutting exercise by supplying fewer flowers?
