My original order was flowers in the teacup. Interflora contacted me the next morning to say that there were no teacups and suggested another arrangement. It was delivered midday the same day. It was a great service and appreciated the phonecall and help. My mother loved the flowers and are very summery and still going strong since last Thursday.

Was disappointed that the arrangement, which was called Vibrant Summer Vase looked quite dull and did not have the main flowers in it which were advertised. The arrangement was smaller than that shown on the Web site and I feel was not value for money. Last year there was a different issue in that chocolates, which had been ordered as an extra, were not delivered. It was only by chance that I discovered this - after contacting Interflora they were delivered the following day.

I ordered a Vibrant Summer Vase that cost me 35 pounds, when i saw the photo of them next to the birthday cards i was embbarrased at the tiny size of them, the standard birthday card looking like it was 2/3 as high. What converts to almost $70au is a joke. For what i could get here and delivered is not comparable.

Very disappointed. Delivery very prompt but the bouquet was very poor. Looked much better on your website. Didn't feel they were value for money!

I requested same day delivery, and the flowers arrived at 3pm - super fast!

Mum was delighted with them, and I saw them via skype and they looked as good as the picture :-)

So, nice flowers and the recipient was delighted, but the bouquet was a lot smaller than I would have anticipated from the picture.

Also the web site keeps pinging up error windows and the confirmation email sent from Interflora has typos in it.

Overall I am a fan of Interflora but this experience was sloppy around the edges. I hope it's a blip and not the start of a trend.

I would still recommend and use Interflora, but perhaps not as enthusiastically as I did.

As I was not the recipient it is difficult for me to review the quality of the finished article. I can say the flowers, the ordering and the delivery service were fantastic.
The website is easy to use. Maybe you should devise an app for iPhone/iPad? Just a thought.

very poor flowers didnt like anything of them certainly wasnt value for money

We ordered a lovely bouquet of flowers presented in a nice vase for a colleague's birthday, and arranged a same day delivery. The flowers arrived within a couple of hours and looked beautiful, a really lovely arrangement of colours and types. She was delighted with them, and we were really impressed with the service.

I was delighted with the quality of the arrangement which was excellent value for money. The flowers were beautifully arranged and were extremely colourful, vibrant and scented. Almost 1 week on, they are still very fresh looking. I would certainly recommend this arrangement which was perfect for the occasion of my Mother-in-Law's 70th birthday.

There is nothing large about this summer bouquet, if I had brought these myself for a friend I would have been very dissappointed with what was recieved. This is a very small summer bunch and the picture makes it look bigger and for the price I could have got a bigger bouquet with a better vase for half the price, however the company paid and I will not be ordering this particular vase now that I have seen it.

It was delivered on time, definately not value for money.

Wife was very pleased flowers probably due to spontaneity of gift, the flowers are delightful but for over £50 including "longer stems" I'm a little disappointed with the quantity of flowers provided the vase was pleasant. I just think flowers are ridiculously over priced

The flowers were delivered on time on 28 May and they still look great on the 4 June. The colours were amazing, very bright, happy flowers.
The best flowers my daughter in law has ever received, I think that sums it up nicely.

I recieved these flowers on Friday for my birthday, and I was completely shocked at the standard. The flowers didn't arrive until late afternoon, the flowers were already turning brown, and when I came down the next morning even more had turn brown, instead of roses I got lilies, and the itself vase was bigger/wider then the brunch of flowers, the florist in Billericay were clearing using the left overs. I woulldn't recommend buying these, completely disappointed.

It was meant to be an extra large vibrant with 19 stocks but I fear it was minute!!!!! And certainly not 19. More like 10 or so

Bears as much resemblance to the picture as your average burger does to the adverts. Much smaller display of flowers than shown in picture and much less impressive - second thoughts about using Interflora again though the app and delivery were good.

Chose ex large for luxury, and next day morning delivery which was a little expensive! Otherwise these flowers would have scored 5/5.

I used the service as one of my longest serving members of staff was leaving work whilst I was on holiday. I trusted Interflora to deliver something to suit the occasion and the bouquet and vase did not disappoint. Although I did not see the flowers myself, the email I had from her said they were, "Love...erley".
