I placed my order on Monday morning , hoping my order would be delivered that same day , as my gift was for a very dear friend that was going in to a hospice, I received a call from the florist to explain that they didn't have any stock of white roses for that day, and they did offer to make my order up with either peach or pink roses, but as i wanted white i said i was happy to wait for the following day. I left a delivery note just to say ring my friends landline if no answer at the door and the flowers were safe to leave on the doorstep. My friends husband messaged me today Friday to say they had just picked up the roses. i was just a little dissapointed that the timing didn't work out well for me, If the florist would of had the white roses for the monday im sure it would of all been perfect. But my friend said the roses were beautiful regardles . So thankyou interfora
I paid extra to have the flowers delivered within 3 hours and got an email 2 hours later saying the florist had no fresh flowers and couldn't deliver until the following day. I was refunded £1 for this inconvenience! Also once the flowers did arrive they looked nowhere near as good as on the Interflora website. Overall very disappointing
The gift was perfect for the recipient and would have been great value for money had the flowers lasted anything like an acceptable amount of time, sadly they lasted for about a day and the recipient was so disappointed that she ended up calling the shop who sent the flowers for a replacement, which was provided gut this was hardly the point. The shine was somewhat taken off this surprise gift.
My girlfriend was so happy with her flowers, they were pefeclty clean and big white roses which really lit up her face and brightened up the whole room! I was Imprssed with the fast, easy and professional service! She really liked that the card was hand written, this added a nice unexpected touch to the gift! The White Rose bouquet was excellent the flowers were just out of bud and were exceptional with regard to colour and the overall flower quality. Costs on these occasions are soon forgotten when you get the wow receipt that these did. Obviously we would all like things a little cheaper but well worth it in the end. Its been a week on and the flowers still bloom and are still of very good quality even thought the flowers are now fully open. I used Interflora last year for the same occasion and had very good quality then and again this time. I chose this particular item for our celebration so yet again the choice was totally suitable but the quality and execution of the promise of delivery made this occasion for us.
I was most disappointed in the bouquet which I ordered for my daughter's birthday! It just wasn't what I had ordered. I had deliberately ordered an all white bouquet, white roses and white gypsophilia. When I visited my daughter and saw the flowers I realised that your florist had changed the bouquet to red roses with white small flowers. Absolutely NOT what I wanted. I don't give my daughters red roses, that is their husbands' prerogative, and I do not like red and white flowers together. Your florist or you should have consulted me before changing the order. This is the second birthday bouquet for my daughter with which I have been disappointed, and, as a regular user of your service, it is the only order from you that I ever see - my other recipients live much further away - I am now concerned about what else is going wrong. Very upset. I must add that the set piece flowers in a pottery container which I ordered on behalf of my son was exactly what I ordered and I was happy with it. Very good service arrived as requested and beautifully wrapped. Very good value for money. All the flowers, chocolate truffles were outstanding. The service was faultless my thanks for putting a big smile on my Wife's face.
I have ordered these flowers a few times at different locations, but I was disappointed this time. The bunch was a bit empty and not very well presented. Some of the roses had brown edges on them already. For the price no fair value this time. Since it was for my new wife on our wedding day, a disappointing choice.
I ordered this extra large rose bouquet for my wife's 40th birthday. I wanted somethnig special. When it arrived I nearly cried. The bouguet was half the size as shown on the picture. The roses wasn't open at all and one of the roses in the middle was broken. I will never order from this flowershop again.
