I was really disappointed that 2 years in a row Interflora did not manage to deliver the flowers and gift I had ordered for my daughter on her Birthday and they were delivered the next day. I had clearly given instruction to call before delivery which was not done and also although Interflora claims that they had placed a card when they did not find anyone at home, this is not true and no card was left in location. Additionally the flowers delivered were not what I had actually ordered which was another disappointment. I will not use Interflora again since despite very nice web site and details, the services are much below expected.
It was my wife's b'day and she works in nursery I ordered flowers 2 days ago.On the day tracking was showing flowers out for delivery since morning but it was not deliver till my wife finished work at 3:15pm.I tried to call interflora all day even though I was abroad but never get through. Finally i call at 4:00pm and than they delivered the flowers and my wife's colleague has to drop them flowers to my home. I am very upset with the service.
Over the lat few months I have used Interflora many times. The products have always been very nice but elements of delivery not so.
Case 1 some one 'ad libbed' on the card HB to Happy Birthday when it meant Honey bunch to the recipient and was not a birthday! Case 2 After accepting and me paying for an alotted delivery am/pm it arrived the following day! Case 3 This one! I asked for a AM delivery and was there all the time awaiting, I recieved a text (my usual delivery notice method) to say they had been delivered. I waited a further approx 45mins but still no sign. We have a big garden and I had said leave in Porchway, my thoughts began to think someone might have seen them and stolen them? I contacted the help desk who then discovered they had not been delivered as yet. It then clicked that the text was to confirm the AM delivery and I did feel cheated and devalued that they would say they had delivered them to avoid being penalised.
Each occasion I have been swiftly and fairly dealt with by your staff and offered a form of reimbursement so that element was first class but my succes rate of a trouble free delivery is 50/50 and that is not satisfactory given the occasions (anniversary, hospital etc) when I have sent flowers.
The displays themselves have always been first class and for that reason and the customer care afterwards I still would recommend but it is very frustrating as I am wondering what will happen in a week or two when I send some more?
This large arrangement was delivered early the day after I placed the order. The flowers themselves were of excellent quality and have remained fresh more than 7 days now. Whilst not the cheapest option the value here is you get what you pay for. They were a delight for my aging Mum who places flowers ahead of any other gift. Interflora is, and remains, my favoured choice for sending flowers overseas.
