I ordered this bouquest for my sister-in-law's 30th birthday and she loved them! the combination of the lovely flowers and the chocolate hearts and the nice, unique touch of the message being written on the ribbon made this a tryly special gift. She loved them!

The bouquet was beautiful, I was suprised at the size of the chocolate hearts, a lot bigger than I expected, the boquet was possibly more expensive than I would normally spend but they were well appreciated and therefore I felt they were well worth the money. The roses looked lovely and fresh and the whole package was very well presented. I also had the personalised ribbon with the flowers and I have to say the staff who I work with were well impressed with the ribbon! Overall for any occasion this is a lovely gift, I purchased the bouquet for a member of my staff who has just worked for me for 10 years, she appreciated the suprise!

The roses where good quality and the chocolate hearts where delicious. The only problem was that the packaging had got wet and the roses had squashed a little against the sides, I had to remove a few petals. They have lasted reasonably well for roses. Overall I was satisfied with my purchase.

I wasn't happy with the flowers which were not up to Interflora's previously high standards. I complained and received a full refund. They can't do better than that.

the only downside was the wrong name on the package, i was pretty sure i placed the name m prior as the recepiant and no card with the flowers. other than that sshe was over the moon and her work mates were impressed with the quality of the flowers. delivery was on the date i requested

The quality of the flowers where second to none, and represented great value for money, the flowers still look as fresh as when delivered four days later - great delivery service ! Would recommend to anyone for all occassions.

While I feel that if the flowers arrived as they were displayed on the internet I would have been a happy customer. Unfortunately, they didn't. The flowers were of a very poor quality, the arrangement had no effort put into it and felt lumped together quickly, and to boot, the flowers were poorly delivered, with a sopping wet punch of flowers and a damaged box.

Not at all value for money!

Overall, I would not use Interflora again. Unless customer service provide a good service.

Fantastic bouquet of white roses!

The bouquet of a dozen white roses and 9 red foil chocolate lollipops, was received with great delight.

I bought then for my two friends to celebrate their wedding, they adored them.

Very poor quality roses, they were delivered with the outer petals already turning brown and withering
