13th December 2018
We have been notified of a labelling issue on a batch of 115g Maison Fougère Belgian Chocolates (batch number L18296*). While the products are not damaged or contaminated, the label on the boxes within this batch omits important information regarding allergens and therefore poses a potential health risk to people with allergies and intolerances. While the issue is isolated to a small number of boxes in circulation, we are taking this issue very seriously and are doing all we can to rectify the situation as a matter of urgency.
As such we are recalling all affected products (pictured below), which have been on sale between 30th October 2018 and 12th December 2018, and have removed the 115g chocolates from sale through all channels with immediate effect.
For any customers who have received one of the affected boxes, or are uncertain about the chocolates they have received, we would kindly ask them to not consume the product if they have any allergies or intolerances to; milk, lactose, tree nuts, other tree nuts, gluten, soya or egg, and to contact us at 01529 416 770 or firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund or replacement.
We are contacting all customers we believe may be affected as a precautionary measure.
We will continue to update our customers on this product recall, with future updates being published on Interflora.co.uk
