Excellent service, order placed on Friday night at 11pm, request for delivery anytime on Saturday. Bouquet delivered at 10.30am Saturday and bouquet perfect. Lady very happy with product. Myself very pleased with service.
Quick, simple, hassle free. Only downside is that delivery price is quoted separately from the price of the flowers. Understandably there are delivery options. Maybe price should say, excluding delivery.
Very disappointed with these flowers, dead after 4 days!!! Wasn't great when they arrived to be honest and were looked after how all other flowers are.....for the money spent - might as well have gone to a supermarket, spent a fraction of the money and would have lasted a week or maybe more as most others have.
Not blaming Interflora but the florist they used on this occasion, leaves a lot to be desired!!!
I wish I could attach a photo to this review of the bunch you actually get and how it compares to the photo you pay for .... Don't they call that trade descriptions?? Even paying for the super sized one didn't help ... Flowers were ok ... but nothing like the photographic representation.
My daughter who received the flowers didn't think they were from me because I always send her bright colours and I specifically asked for bright yellow flowers in the arrangement .....they were a pale cream Very disappointing .....and not cheap !
Whilst the product was good it is expensive and despite telling them my wife worked until 3.pm. it was delivered around 4.30 pm. My wife had gone home! I placed the order early in the day and phoned after lunch to be told it was at the local suppliers and they were only a short distance away. I phoned again around 3.p.m. to be told the local supplier was busy but they would be contacted and I would get a phone call to let me know what was happening. The call never came.
Overall it was the very POOR customer service that let this down

I bought these flowers as a thank you to someone special, within 2 days the flowers started to wilt and i wasn't pleased, the florist you used obviously didn't use fresh cut stems, i would have expected them to have lasted alot longer than 2 days for the price I've paid.
I made a mistake on my order and had the wrong day for delivery. I called the helpline and asked for the delivery day to be changed. It was confirmed but the flowers were delivered on the original (wrong) day. My wife was not impressed to get flowers the day after our anniversary.
Also the flowers in the group are ill matched. We had to remove the germini as they made the water cloudy.
The bouquet was specified as a large bouquet containing yellow roses, white lilies and pretty germini. I was disappointed by the size of the bouquet it was not large by any standards and certainly not in comparison to the photo in the on line interflora brochure. The roses were not yellow but white, a disappointment as my wife only likes yellow, a particular disappointment as it was for her birthday.
Some of the flowers were brown around the edges and didn't look as beautiful as expected! We ordered extra large but they look like a normal bouquet of flowers! Pretty, but not impressive! Wouldn't buy this particular arrangement again!
